So disappointed I could scream if I could give negative stars I swear I would the snow storm happened and I reached out to see if they could come help me they said we charge 200 I said ok they said they’ll be here at 4:30. 10 min passed by no response 30 min no response we called no response one hour passed by and they still had not wrote called or reached out in any capacity. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever experienced.

We genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We are truly disappointed to hear about the lack of communication and no-show during the snowstorm. This is certainly not reflective of the service standards we strive for as a roofing contractor. We understand your frustration regarding our emergency roof repair team’s unresponsiveness after quoting $200 for assistance. Please call us directly at (845) 613-9770 so we can discuss this further and explore how we can address your concerns.
