  We chose Extera from four estimates for their thorough pre-install inspection from Gerti, clear contract, and responsive communication from Lauren and team. Install was scheduled quickly and in a way that fit our schedule, which really helped reduce overall stress for us. Install went smoothly without any issues despite challenges of a steeply sloped roof. Project manager and work crew were friendly, in good sprits, and detail-oriented. We are very happy with the final outcome. Thanks to everyone at Extera! Highly recommended professional family business!!

  Extera roofing did a great job from start to finish! We had gotten a couple of estimates and Extera was very competitive. We were impressed with the owner Gerti’s knowledge and professionalism so we decided to go with him. Extera was also recommended to us by multiple people who had their roofs done by them. Lauren was great with communicating with us about the installation process and the timeline. When the install day came- the process was seamless and their team efficiently completed the job in one day. They cleaned up and left our property as it was before.

  This is a class A company. They were my highest bidder. I took them because Gerti was professional and careful and had extensive expertise. I am thrilled with their work. You can maybe go cheaper but you can’t go better.

  I am in the Board of the Humane Society of Walden and we hired Extera to do a full roof replacement at our shelter. They were professional from providing the estimate all the way to completing the project! I would definitely recommend them in the future!

  Couldn’t be happier with our new roof and the overall experience. From the beginning, Gerti took the time to come out, explain everything clearly, walk us through the process, and answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed. The crew was extremely professional, hardworking, and friendly throughout the entire job. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and were very meticulous with the cleanup afterwards. Honestly, the property looked great when they finished. You could tell they really cared about the quality of their work and respecting our property. It’s hard to find contractors that communicate well, show up, and take pride in their work, but Extera definitely did. Highly recommend.
