  The company promised premium workmanship, but the final result didn't match the expectations they set. I regret choosing this contractor. The installation quality wasn't worth the money, and follow-up service was lacking.

  Within a few weeks, multiple tiles started cracking. I contacted the company, but they were slow to respond and never fully resolved the issue.

  The tile layout wasn't what we discussed. Some cuts were uneven, and the overall appearance was disappointing. I expected professional craftsmanship, but the grout was uneven and already beginning to crack after a short time.

  Told me he'd text in the morning to let me know when he would come to give an estimate. Nothing. When I texted him at 3 pm after waiting home all day, he told me he was too busy all day and wouldn't be available until the following weekend. I guess I dodged a bullet.

  They found and clearly explained the problem causing a leak in my ceiling and repaired that section of the roof in a timely manner for an unbeatable price. Everything was cleaned up impeccably. Highly recommend!

  I have never seen such expertise. My roof is perfect. Mr. Nixon took video's of every detail while his men were on the roof. They were moving around as if they were walking on air. It was fascinating. …

  Nixion was very prompt and showed up when he said he would do the repair.The repair was professionally done and he and his son made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. They will be coming back this spring to replace gutters.

  I had an emergency 3 years ago because wind storm damage and they responded quickly and complete the repairs in the same day. I had similar issue due to wind storm damage. Nixon stop by evaluated and came back to rebuilt from scratch the porch roof in a professional manner completing all the work in one day! I will continue working with him. Thank You
