  I went to the Serrano II website and requested a quote for my roof via their website. I then received a call the next business day from a young lady who works at the business asking me further questions. I answered her and she said a gentleman named Ovid will be getting in touch with me. The next day I get a call from Ovid and I begin to tell him the problem and give him the measurements of my roof. I said, I need a quote because I’m getting estimates so I can have my roof repaired. He then asked me how many estimates have I received. I answered that’s a irrelevant question. I also said, If you and me were playing cards, why would I show you my cards. He says, I need to know because I can’t be bothered and you’re wasting my time. I told him I need to get an estimate so I can decide. He then hangs up on me abruptly. According to their website they are 5 star business. Wow I don’t understand how this place can get 5 stars. when you employ arrogant employees like Ovid. Maybe this company does good work. However treating customers like you’re God’s gift to the roofing business, and portraying a take it or leave it attitude will diminish your reputation immediately. If Ovid is the owner he needs to get over himself. If he’s an employee someone should straighten him out immediately.

  Thirteen years ago Ovid replaced my windows and put siding on my townhouse. They did an excellent job in a short amount of time. After all these years I noticed the trim around my windows needed some attention. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful ad gave me all the information and approximate cost. Knowing the quality of the work, after this repair I will be needing a new roof soon and will be sure to have them do it.

  The team replaced 2 skylights in my living room. Paul was very communicative from the beginning and walked through what the process would look like. Scheduling was quick and the crew arrived on time and worked diligently to get the job done. They also kept a clean work area and were professional. I was pleased that I was explained the options and process in a layman's manner and Paul even was able to recommend a solar installer to remove and reinstall 2 panels that were in the way. This saved me hassle from trying to find someone myself. It's been about 1 year since and the skylights are still crystal clear and looking great.

  We’ve had Serrano do work for us several times over the years including a skylight repair (not one Serrano installed), roof and skylight replacement and interior/exterior doors replacement. The work has always been superior-they were never needed to return for adjustments. Today I called for information from work completed in 2018. (I needed the color of my roof shingles as I couldn’t find it on my contract.) Paul helped and asked me to send photos of the roof which I did. He was friendly, courteous, and promptly responded with an answer. It didn’t take hours, days, or weeks-but rather minutes. I’ve ALWAYS recommended Serrano II to anyone who has asked. I’m so glad to know that Ovid and his crew still have an amazing business. Thank you!

  Paul and his team are amazing. They replaced the roof on my house and free standing garage and I couldn't ask for better results. The crew members definitely know what they are doing and took great care during setup and cleanup. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a roof repair.

  I used Serrano Middletown New York, first they advise about the issue and solutions some siding missing and chimney cap set up a time. They give an estimate for their work and Honest company and competitive price. They work professionally and like the estimate The price was the same I'm glad I found Serrano . They give me an estimate on the roof that need to be replace and pictures of it I'll be using Serrano for the new roof.

  Over the past 50 years I have hired Serrano twice. They were excellent! Very prompt & professional. They topped my existing roof in the 80’s and they replaced my roof around 2015. Both jobs were done right. I highly recommend this family owned business if you’re looking for roof repair or replacement. First Rate!
