  Beware! Incomplete Inspection Report - Rainoway, Inc. Our experience with Rainoway, Inc. for a $525 inspection report was beyond disappointing. What was promised as a comprehensive inspection turned out to be nothing more than a costly estimate. The estimate did not meet California standards and was rejected as incomplete by our attorney. Inspections have guidelines and standards..... Their report was a joke of just a few bullet points on a page. The report lacked essential details necessary for any proper assessment of roofing, rain gutters, and insulation. It was incomplete, missing crucial elements, and essentially served as a disguised bid rather than an inspection report. What's even more concerning is the complete lack of responsiveness from Rainoway, Inc. Despite sending three emails and my husband making three calls, we were unable to obtain the complete report we paid for. This lack of accountability and service is unacceptable. A warning to anyone considering Rainoway, Inc.: DO NOT use Venmo "payments between friends" for transactions with them, and under no circumstances rely on them for an inspection report. It's not worth the money or the frustration. The report they provide is merely an estimate and cannot be used for any practical purposes. This experience has left us deeply dissatisfied and wary of engaging with Rainoway, Inc. again. Customers deserve transparency, thoroughness, and accountability, none of which were delivered in our case. Avoid the disappointment and financial loss; seek a reputable and reliable service provider for your roofing, rain gutter, and insulation needs.

Here at Rainoway, Inc., we take our inspections reports seriously and maintain the highest level of professionalism in every aspect. Unlike your claims, we have upheld the California standards of work and have generated comprehensive reports time and again. Our policy is transparency and accountability with our customers. Our records show that we have responded to every query and call placed. It's worth acknowledging that we aren't responsible for how one utilizes the report we provide. Remember, a tool is only as good as the craftsman wielding it. As for your warning about payment channels, it seems unfair to blame us for the methods of payment you choose. We apologize if our service did not meet your expectations. Best of luck finding a company

  We had a heavy storm and I woke up to water coming into my house due to a leak in my roof. I called RainOway before they were even open to leave a voicemail and see if I could get a call back and Heather just happened to walk in and before she could even sit down she answered and walked me through what to do in the meantime. Fast forward to Mike coming out to my house and looking at my roof and letting me know what needs to be done and wow were they affordable compared to other companies. Mike told me they treat their client's homes like their own and I can confirm that is true. The crew came out and did an amazing job fixing my roof, cleaning off debris, replacing broken tiles and dry rot replacement. They are a great family business and I will gladly refer them to anyone I know who needs roofing or home repairs!

  Definitely the best roofers in town. It has been a pleasure working with Heather and Mike, they coordinated the whole process with the company in charge of removing our solar panels and provided us a great service and the best price. I highly recommend them if you need a new roof.

  I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience with Rain O Way Roofing, which came highly recommended to me by a contractor (K-Ray Construction) I previously worked with. From the first call, Mike and Heather were incredibly accessible and communicative, making the entire process seamless. Mike's expertise truly shone through; he not only answered every question I had but also provided valuable suggestions that enhanced the outcome of the project. (Replaced the dry rot siding with stucco to match the rest of the house) Furthermore, Mike's thorough inspection uncovered damage that I was unaware of (broken truss), and he promptly presented me with an effective solution. The professionalism exhibited by his crew was exceptional, and their mastery of their craft was evident throughout the project. They maintained an excellent level of housekeeping, which I greatly appreciated.   Where do I start? During this current storm, as I look up toward my former nemesis (ceiling that WAS leaking), I find myself so incredibly grateful that I chose Rainoway for my roofing needs. I spoke with Heather a couple of years ago about a smaller roof issue, created a rapport with her, got an estimate and ultimately at that time we chose to go another way because someone else was footing that bill. When we had new roofing repair needs I was nervous to reach back out since I had not gone with them the first time, but I did not need to be, they welcomed me back into the fold so graciously and I built back up the same connection I'd had with Heather before. How it started: We noticed a leak in our living room ceiling, worst feeling ever, at the last rainy day we had almost a month ago. We had a different company come out to give us an estimate, but were told that the leak was coming from under our solar panels so we had to have them removed first. I did NOT feel comforted or reassured by that company at all, but it's who we had used the first time and I was panicked (did I mention there was water dripping into my living room?!). After we had the solar panels removed (by our solar company), I told my husband I didn't like the vibe I got from the original roofers and that I'd like to reach out to Rainoway again and so I did. BEST choice I could ever have made. How it went and is going: We called on a Wednesday late afternoon and Mike came out Thursday morning. He did a thorough assessment, sent me all of the pictures (45 broken tiles and flashing needed updating or repair), and again I just felt taken care of. Rain was expected that Sunday and I was getting super nervous, I mentioned it to Mike, but didn't make a plan to do anything about it, just mentioned my worry. Saturday they sent their son Brendan out to protect the roof from the upcoming rain and I felt grateful and relieved to have one less worry on my plate. We had a unique financial situation w

  Rainoway, inc was one company that I could really trust working on my home. They weren't the lowest price I had but for some reason I felt they would do the best job, and I was right.

  Last week's storm ripped away the whole backside of my roof. Sitting listening to the shingles smack along the roof as they bounce off was terrifying - just sitting and wondering if the paper will give and water would come pouring in. I called to leave a message; although, it was a Sunday. Heather, one of the owners, sent me a text to connect. In scary times like this, having a real person response means everything. She followed through and called me the following morning. Mike, also an owner, and Brendon, their son, arrived early to secure the roof - tarping the whole section to make sure we wouldn’t get any water damage with the continuing of the rain and fixed a broken vent. I was able go to work with the peace of mind that our home was protected. I am beyond grateful to this family company for their quick response, professionalism, detailed lens of checking the whole roof, and heart for helping me quickly protect our home. I would 1000% recommend Rainoway and the hardworking family that runs it!
