Samperio did some roof maintenance on my house in March 2026 in West Sacramento. He did a fantastic job replacing the tiles and applying sealant to the ridges. When it came time to sell my home in May, inspectors found minor issues with the roof that Samperio had not repaired. After texting him, Samperio came out and fixed the issues stated in the inspection free of charge, just so the sale of my house would go smoothly. I highly recommend Samperio for any roof maintenance or repairs. He is very respectful, communicative, and always arrives on time.

Arturo was great to work with. I called for a quote and he got back to me the very next day, then came out the following day on a Sunday to replace my scuppers and downspouts. Really appreciated the quick response and professionalism. The work looks solid, he explained everything clearly, and he also provided a good warranty which gave me peace of mind. Hard to find contractors who are responsive, reliable, and willing to work weekends when needed. Would definitely recommend Arturo for roofing and drainage work.

I recently hired Samperio’s Roofing Inc for a roof leak repair and general maintenance, and overall I had a good experience. They were very responsive and came out quickly for an inspection. They were able to schedule and complete the work the very next day, which I really appreciated. The team identified the issue in the roof valley, removed tiles, replaced the damaged underlayment, addressed some dry rot, and performed maintenance across the roof. They also shared photos during the process, which helped me understand the work being done. Pricing was reasonable after some discussion, and they were willing to work with me to come to an agreement. The only area for improvement would be the finishing details — some of the sealant work and tile alignment could have been a bit cleaner. That said, the main repair work appears to have been done properly. Overall, they were professional, communicative, and efficient. I would consider using them again for future roofing needs.

We found a leak into our one story home and contacted Samperios Roofing. We got a same day assessment and estimate . A long period of rain was expected. Arturo made a commitment to get our job compiled the next business day. They showed up early to start work. The extensive work was completed in one day and the work was thorough and very professional. They also inspected the whole roof and replaced some tiles in other areas The team were courteous and moved quickly to correct the damage to our 22 year old roof. We strongly recommend Samperios roofing. Could not be happier with the work and the prompt scheduling.
