Pro Superior did an excellent job of replacing my previous cedar shake siding with beautiful, fire resistant HardieBoard siding and trim, and my house looks great! They completed the job on schedule and as promised for a very competitive price and they kept the job site clean each day. I did have an issue with their reinstallation of the chimney cap on my chimney, but they came back out and corrected the problem and all is now good. I couldn't be happier with Pro Superior Construction and would highly recommend them.

We met Brogan at the home expo earlier this year and right away we knew we were in great hands! Pro Superior was the obvious choice for us to work with for getting new siding on our house and removing a large shed & patio cover. Eugene, …

We recently had our home’s siding replaced, and the transformation is incredible. The crew was professional, hardworking, and paid great attention to detail. The new siding completely refreshed the look of our house and improved its curb appeal. They kept the area clean each day and finished right on schedule. We’ve already received so many compliments from neighbors. Highly recommend!

The workers who performed the window and siding install were great. They were professionals who took good care of our house, cleaned up their mess and were very courteous. The communication with the administrative side could have been improved upon, but overall our house looks great.

The installation crew exceeded my expectations. They cleaned, best they could each day, made sure gates were closed and let us know what to expect next day. Their attention to details, seam placement, sealing and touchup painting was outstanding. Overall experience was exceptional. The newly installed siding looks absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend this company.

After reviewing two competitive bids and receiving a decline from another company that only handles full siding replacements, I chose Pro Superior Construction. Their proposal stood out for its thoroughness and competitive pricing, and my positive experience working with Sergio played a key role in my decision. Sergio was responsive, knowledgeable, and quickly earned my trust. The quoting and project tracking process through BuilderTrend was smooth and efficient. I appreciated receiving schedule updates via text, which matched my communication preferences, and the ability to make payments directly through the app added convenience. The team did an excellent job installing a replacement window, showing great attention to detail—especially in applying the waterproof membrane around the edges. They also replaced sections of siding with Hardie planks and repaired wood fascia around another window. Their work included precise caulking and color-matched painting, which blended seamlessly with the existing exterior. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism from Pro Superior Construction. I would definitely include them in future bids for home remodeling or repair projects.

We hired Pro Superior Construction to harden our home against wildfires. This involved adding James Hardie siding over the existing siding on our home. This was a huge project. First, the team understood the theory and what should be done down to the finest detail. The installers were totally pro. They are very good craftsmen in each trade. The outcome was far better appearance and workmanship than the the original house. They have my highest recommendation.

Pro Superior Construction is a James Hardie Elite Preferred Contractor which is the highest certification issued by Hardie. Once the siding replacement quote was finalized I knew the project would go smoothly, but they absolutely went above and beyond. Although the primary goal was to replace the house’s original siding (due to age) I had several energy and structural improvements to incorporate into the job given the rare opportunity of the walls being opened. When I listed the specific products I was interested in installing on the framing it was a relief that they had firsthand experience using the very same products. Although I have standard 2x4” stud walls we achieved a combined R-value of at least R-21 which will save money in energy year over year. On top of that the seismic brackets and sheathing have greatly improved the structural integrity of the house which could end up paying off very quickly, should a major earthquake hit. Another design objective was to increase the house’s resistance to wildfire, embers, etc. The fact that they used W.U.I approved Vulcan vents by default was yet another green light to go with them. Because the house’s siding was 44 years old it was impossible to estimate what was going on underneath. As anticipated, there was some water damage but on the upside the team wasn’t in a rush to “just get the job done” and move to the next one. They spent nearly an entire extra day replacing several water damaged studs and wall plates. The material and labor fees for the water damage repairs were very reasonable, which meant they weren’t making much profit on this phase of the project. What that did mean was that they truly cared about what I wanted and what was best for our house. Although the unplanned work pushed out the completion date they were fully on board with doing it the right way. The team used high end equipment such as a true airless sprayer. This saved me money in that a big percentage of the paint went on the wall

The crew who worked on our house was truly exceptional. Arrived early and worked together as a team every day. Our house was built in 1930, and our goal was to have it look original with the added (secret) benefit of Hardyboard. The crew was responsive and accommodating to my specific requests, including retaining our 1930 original milk box and mailbox. The crew was very professional and cleaned up at the end of every workday. I’d like to give a special shout out to Dennis, Peter and David & their crew for their attention to detail. We’re very happy with the resulting look of our home 🙂
