Dealt with Jared, not only super unprofessional but also messed up the job and had to come back like three times after they believed they were done. Find someone else for sure unless you want all your household valuables water damaged.

Rainier Roofing did our metal roof in 2022 and I was relatively happy with them at the time, but this year I contacted them in May about some soffit that had fallen out and allowed birds to nest in our roof, and I have been trying to get in touch with them since with no success. I told them I was a previous customer and have called multiple times, emailed multiple times, and filled out the form on the website in the three months since May. Jared has responded once after months of reaching out but I never heard back after that. The water damage in the boards around the downspouts they installed appears to be getting worse and it has barely been three years. I am still trying to get in touch with them but I am so sad and disappointed to be brushed off after spending so much money with them. It doesn't make me feel very confident that they'll follow up with any future problems (because, you know. They haven't yet.). Posting a review is honestly a last resort. 2 stars for having completed the work at the time. I also found a lot of leftover nails around the house after the job and chalked it up to there being a lot of debris and it being difficult to get all of it, but we do have a dog and a child and I wasn't pleased. I'm wondering if that was now an early indicator of the situation we are now in. I just want someone to take a look. Please :(

I truly hate leaving a poor review because for the majority of our time working with Rainier Roofing they were extremely kind and professional. However, they never completed the work. It has been a year and a half since they replaced our …

When the business poked a hole through my ceiling while doing the roof, they didn't get back about the repair in a timely manner. Then when they finally did a month later, the owner was not going to repair the issue. We came to an agreement eventually and he said he would begin a text conversation with the occupant and myself. That was in March. I have resisted contacting them because it is high season. is September now. Last week I sent a note to the employee who bid and did the job (since the owner can't be trusted) requesting this to be fixed by September 15. Still no response. I still owe 2/3 of the bill, for heaven's sake. I want to settle up. I want to GIVE THEM THEIR MONEY! I HAVE NOT BEEN BILLED! They won't even return my email to make this happen. Terrible business and follow up from the owner. Very unprofessional and irresponsible. Don't support this business.

The apartment complex I live at hired these guys to redo the roofing for better insulation. I understand that there is necessary noise required for this work, however my complaint concerns EXCESS noise coming from the workers as well as their attitude. Namely, they would not only have their music playing at full blast starting at 7 AM (when management stated they would not start any earlier than 9 AM), but they also seemed to simply drop every piece of equipment they brought onto the roof, slamming it down so that fixtures in my apartment, hallways, and neighboring apartments would fall and break. I understand that workers absolutely deserve to listen to their own music, since it is back-breaking work, but it's the earlier than necessary start times that my issue is with. I brought up my concerns to management, who communicated them to the company, however there were no changes, whatsoever. I then approached one of the workers who simply shrugged and told me to talk to management. I called and left messages for this company and received no response. Even as I type this, they are still on the roof, literally DROPPING and slamming down equipment and supplies. As a result, I've had to remove all fixtures in my apartment and anything of value from the cupboards. They also threw all their trash onto my balcony and seemingly refuse to clean it. While the work itself may be good quality, the level of customer service and ownership of collateral damage is the absolute WORST.

Hello, I am sorry to hear about your experience with our crew on your apartment project. We are scheduled to start work each day at 8:00 AM as agreed upon with the management. We have an on-site manager there at all times who setup ladders and opens the hatches at that time. I understand that may be early for some but that is the standard construction start time. This is the first I am hearing of your complaint and my on-site manager has not been notified by the apartment management either. If you have any further issues, please reach out to me directly. My phone number is posted on each door as well as the Rainier roofing signs around the building. -Jared Owner Rainier Roofing Co.

The entire team at Rainier Roofing were incredible to work with for replacing our roof! Not only was their quality of workmanship amazing, they were very communicative and kept us in the loop during the entire process (even sending progress photos each day!) while we were away. We felt at ease knowing they were taking good care of our house. Would highly recommend them for your next project! Thank you again!

Rainier Roofing has been such a gift to our family. From the very first meeting with Anthony, we felt completely at ease — he was honest, clear, and earned our trust right away. And throughout the entire project, Jose, our project manager, was phenomenal. His communication was steady and reassuring, with daily photos and thoughtful text updates that made us feel informed every step of the way. They replaced my mom’s TPO roof with exceptional care, and then handled a repair at my own home with the same level of dedication. What stood out most was the crew itself — you can feel how much they enjoy working together and how much pride they take in doing things the right way. That kind of energy is rare. Rainier Roofing didn’t just deliver excellent work; they made us feel genuinely cared for. We are deeply grateful and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Rarely does a crew of workers come to your house to do work, and when they leave you feel complete satisfaction. Rainier Roofing delivered on their promises. The crew was hard working, thoughtful, and very efficient. The project managers sent several photos throughout the process and did a thorough inspection at the end. Clean up was excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their roof.

Had a great experience with Rainier Roofing. We hired them for a full roof replacement on our home in Seattle. We were very concerned about the process damaging our fragile garden and plants that surrounded the house. The project managers made sure the entire team was aware of the sensitive areas and they took extreme caution while working on the project. The crew was talented, respectful, and a pleasure to be around. I was working from home during the project and despite the noise, they were professional and very communicative. They pointed out soffit damage in the initial estimate and were able to keep us updated on the min / max costs, which were only able to be determined after tear-off. The project came in at our expected budget. I had the work reviewed by a builder friend and he said they did an excellent job and I chose well hiring them. I'm expecting this roof to last ~30 years so while I don't anticipate needing more roof-work, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in a heartbeat.

We are very happy with our new roof from Rainier Roofing. They had very detailed analysis to determine if we needed a new roof, competitive pricing, very professional execution, amazing communication, and excellent end result, right on schedule.

Rainier roofing replaced our roof. Top notch quality of work and communication every step of the way, from initial consultation to final walkthrough. Very professional. - Anthony did the initial inspection and invited me up on to the roof to show me the things he found. He spent an hour talking me through the current conditions of the roof system, what factors likely contributed to those conditions, and what needs to be done as part of the roof install to address all those issues. He covered much more than just replacing the shingles - he looked at the entire roof as a system including considerations for ventilation, moisture, chimney condition, water intrusion, and a vent pipe that had been previously installed wrong. - When the work started, the project team texted us many photos and descriptions of all work as it was being done. It felt like I was right there with them on the roof. - Perfect clean up. No nails or debris left around the property.

Rainier Roofing Company was amazing to work with. We needed a new roof before getting solar panels. We got several estimates and they were the best by far. Their estimators and project managers are great communicators and they were on-time and on-budget. Roof looks great. Highly recommend them and I would definitely use them again.

Gerardo is amazing to work with and his crew is top notch. As a Real Estate Broker and Property Manager I know talent when I see it. It has been a pleasure working with him and I am looking forward to a long working relationship. Don't hesitate and give them a call. His prices are excellent, his knowledge superb and he's overall a professional guy to work with.
