Robert Cooper is running a fraud and scammer. His website clearly states free estimates and free inspections. He then send a bill for $11,000 for less than 2 hours of "inspections." Steer clear of this guy- SCAM SCAM SCAM

Don't know who you are, but you have two reviews and your name is anonymous. You're obviously a competitor because you are the only bad review I have in all my years of roofing. Shame on you.

Robert has done 2 roofing jobs for me recently. His prices were great. He sent me pictures of before and after. Explained in detail what the problem was and how to fix the problem. I appreciate how fast his responses were to me even after business hours. I will continue using him on all my roofing projects.

I just got my roof done with Robert Cooper Roofing. They are reasonably priced and work fast. It’s either Robert or his son on-site - so you’re dealing directly with the source not someone subcontracted. …

We had a small leak after a heavy rain here in Stafford and called R. Cooper Roofing & Siding to take a look. The crew came out, checked everything, and explained what was actually needed without making it sound complicated. The repair was done the same week, and we haven’t had any issues since. They were easy to talk to and respectful of our home. Glad we found a reliable roofer in Stafford when we needed one.

No bologna, prompt and friendly service, fair prices, and just a straight-forward process overall. Will definitely be calling for all our roofing needs! Updated to add: We finally were able to completely replace our roof and Bob was able to get our roof on as soon as we needed it. We appreciate all his help in the fixes leading up to the full replacement, and the quick process in actually getting the new roof up and on it! He also went the extra mile and painted some of the replaced soffits so I didn’t even have THAT headache to deal with after. Huge thank you!

Highly recommend. I called for flat roof repair due to a leak. Robert was able to come out I believe that same day to give me an estimate. He was friendly, informative and honest. He was also upfront about what work needed to be done. The estimate broke down how much everything would cost and what materials would be used. The new flat roof was completed within one day which was great. There were no extra cost that popped up along the way.
