We are sorry you are dissatisfied. When a customer places an emergency service request, we do our best to dispatch a team as quickly as possible. As is standard practice with these types of emergency requests, there is a minimum fixed fee for a team to travel to your address. The cost is explained to the customer requesting the emergency service before we dispatch them, and they are free to decide whether or not to proceed with their request.
