  A Very Disappointing Experience with Couvreur Coulombe My experience with Couvreur Coulombe in La Plaine left me with a very negative impression regarding the quality of their work and the customer service they provided. I felt that their priority seemed to be finishing the job as quickly as possible rather than taking the time necessary to perform a meticulous job, adhering to industry standards and truly satisfying the client. What is particularly concerning is that roofing work should normally be carried out rigorously from the outset, without the homeowner constantly having to wonder if everything has been done correctly or having to bring in outside experts to verify the quality of the work. In my opinion, when work requires inspections to ensure it has been done correctly, it raises serious questions about quality control and project supervision. A company's reputation is built on competence, experience, and a commitment to quality workmanship. A family business passed down from father to son should normally maintain and even improve upon the quality standards acquired over the years. Unfortunately, my experience has given me the impression that the next generation isn't necessarily up to the skill and expertise that previously built the company's reputation. For me, the most important things remain customer satisfaction, the quality of the work, and the durability of the finished product. These are the elements by which a roofing company should be judged, not simply on its ability to complete a project quickly. Before doing business with this company, I therefore recommend that clients do their research, ask for references, and ensure that an independent quality control audit can be conducted if necessary.

  Work carried out professionally. Superior service. High level of employee competence. Tarpaulins were spread across the property, all around the house. The employees meticulously collected and cleaned up the site as soon as the work was completed. Impeccable work! More than satisfactory results! If you need a roof repaired, I highly recommend them; you won't be disappointed, I guarantee it!
