(Insurance work) I won't be giving their card as a reference. Inane exchanges, practically nonexistent service, and they give all sorts of reasons not to come back for a follow-up. Good job, but customer service and trustworthiness are simply nonexistent. I'm updating my post 7 years later to say that I'm revising my "Good job" comment. Barely 7 years later, and some sections of shingles, 4 to 8 feet long, are coming loose. I had to add pitch myself in several places to prevent them from falling off. It makes no sense! I'll say it again: I will never recommend this company.

Hello Mr. Brabant, We are sorry to hear that you are still dissatisfied with your experience, even several years after the work was completed. If certain sections of your roof do indeed have a problem, we would like the opportunity to discuss it with you and assess the situation. Many factors can affect the condition of a roof over the years, and it is best to have an inspection before drawing any conclusions. We encourage you to contact us directly so we can review your case and schedule an appointment, if necessary. Our goal is to find a solution whenever possible. You can reach us by phone at (450) 477-5111 or by email at couverture_a9@hotmail.com. – A9 Roofing

They strung us along for a year and a half by constantly postponing the start of the work

We had the estimate done in May and we're still waiting for the installation. I sent an email on September 15th to find out the status, then another on October 1st, and I never received a reply. We also left a message on the answering machine, but no one called back. If he's overwhelmed and there are delays, I understand, but at least give us an update! It's a blatant lack of courtesy not to keep in touch with customers.

Terrible service from the estimator. He scheduled an appointment, didn't show up, and didn't even call. I called him back, and he made up some story about the rain that lasted 15 minutes. He practically told me to get lost when I said he …

I highly recommend A9 Roofing! Eloi and his team were incredibly quick, available, and efficient in fixing my roof leak. While doing some insulation work, we discovered a leak; barely half an hour after my call, they were already on site. From the very first contact, they were able to accurately assess the situation and target only the necessary work. It's a real pleasure to do business with honest professionals who know their trade and take customer service seriously. The work was done quickly, carefully, and at a very competitive price. What impressed me most was their rapid response and their ability to find a solution without delay. In a stressful situation like a roof leak, this is extremely reassuring. If you're looking for an honest, competent company that offers excellent value for money, don't hesitate for a second. A big thank you to Eloi and his entire team for their excellent work!
