  Ryan, We take feedback seriously, but your review does not accurately reflect the situation. Your project was impacted by an internal staffing change that occurred unexpectedly. Rather than proceeding with incomplete coordination—which would have put your project at risk—we made the decision to pause and reassess internally. That is a responsible contractor move, not a lack of professionalism. Communication could have been handled better on our end, and for that we take accountability. However, the characterization that we were “unaware” of the project or dismissive is not accurate. The project was fully documented; the delay was a matter of internal transition, not negligence. Regarding pricing and timeline, we are very direct with clients when it comes to scope, cost, and execution. We do not negotiate against incomplete or uncertain conditions, and we do not commit to timelines we cannot confidently meet. That approach protects both parties, even if it may come across as firm. We understand the frustration caused by the delay, but we will not compromise our standards or misrepresent commitments just to keep a project moving prematurely. We wish you the best with your project moving forward.

  If you are looking for top-quality roofing at a great value, I highly recommend this company! We just had a new metal roof installed, and it looks super sharp and well-built. Working with German, he was a great experience, professional, kind, truly cares about his clients, and offers very fair, reasonable pricing. Excellent work all around! Will hire them again in a heartbeat.

  We wanted to replace our roof before we installed a solar system and Q7 did an amazing job on a very steep pitched roof. There was a small area where the sheeting on the roof appeared to be sagging, I brought this to their attention and they addressed the problem without hesitation and did a great job correcting the issue. The new roof looks amazing, they even painted the vent boots to match the roof.

  We had a leak on our 2nd floor deck. Q7 Roofing replaced and water proofed our deck. We worked with Alfredo (he's the representative for the project) to get the deck done. We appreciate his responsiveness to our requests.

  My roof began leaking in the last storm and I had no idea who to call. I did a little research and found Q7 Roofing and Waterproofing. I emailed them and two other companies that I was referred to. Q7 got back to me fast. Alfredo came out and gave me an estimate and the repair was done in a week. I am now looking forward to having install a new roof in Spring. A great experience. Friendly people. Efficient, reliable, and nice. Also a very fair price.

  We put off replacing our decades old roof for years fearing the project would be horrific. If we had known of Q7 Roofing & Waterproofing Inc. sooner, we would not have waited so long. Our roof project finished up a few days ago in a timely manner and to a level beyond our expectations. If you are reading this and hesitant like we were, don’t put it off, consider getting on Q7’s schedule. We had several requests unique to our home and Q7 delivered on those. We are detail-oriented people and handy ourselves, so we seek high quality workmanship. Q7 Roofing & Waterproofing Inc: o good listeners, good communicators o not the low bidder, not the high bidder o a family business with dedicated, easy-to-work-with people o very hard workers o had female roofer(s) employed; non-sexist hiring practiced o professional and honest management team and owners Q7 Roofing Team: o industrious despite unusually high summer temps o cleaned up property and supplies at the end of each day o had a commendable comradery – i.e. no yelling at each other nor drama Our Management Team: Benjamin, Carlos, and Vicente o impressed by individual styles, skill sets, and contributions o one or more present each day resulting in good communication and oversight o all city inspections approved at first pass o delivered on sealing roof openings from squirrel/critter access o ensured attic was cleaned up of debris properly o impressed even more on the last day when small finishing details needed completion and managing (pleasing customers is likely harder than city inspectors) Q7 Owners: Geo and Cesar.
