Highly recommend A & B Roofing Inc.! Craig and the crew were amazing. They helped work with our insurance company to move the roofing job along and were very professional and easy to work with. Craig was easy to reach, kept us updated, and made us feel like our roof replacement was a top priority from start to finish. After recent storm damage, several homes nearby needed new roofing, and it was easy to see why others also chose them for roof replacement. Our whole roof was completed in about one long workday, and the crew was friendly, skilled, and efficient. The cleanup was far better than expected. They carefully put the patio furniture back where it belonged, swept up thoroughly, and used a magnet tool to pick up nails and metal pieces. The yard, roof, and surrounding area looked clean and well cared for when they finished. The new roof looks great, and the whole experience was smooth and positive.

When it comes to roof repair or a full roof replacement, it can be hard to know which roofing company to trust. We were dealing with an important roofing issue, and having the right crew made all the difference. Andrew and the team brought …

Tristan was a real support from start to finish. He helped work with the insurance company so the roof repair claim was handled fairly, and he coordinated several roofing and exterior repair jobs that were all completed to my satisfaction. A & B Roofing Inc. made the whole process easy by scheduling the crews and getting the work done without making me chase bids or deal with pricing issues. At one point, the gutter downspouts were not installed the way I expected, but they fixed them quickly with no questions and no pushback. Even with material delays and staffing challenges, Tristan kept me updated on the roofing progress, repair status, and timeline the entire time. He was always honest, easy to reach, and clear about what was happening. Promises made, promises kept. Jeffery in the office was also very helpful. We reviewed the invoice together to make sure everything was accurate, and the final billing was straightforward with no disagreements. Overall, a very smooth experience with quality roof and gutter repair service.

After having a tough time finding anyone to inspect and quote our roof because of the built-in box gutters, we were finally referred to A & B Roofing Inc. Several other roofers had stopped responding, so it was a huge relief to work with a crew that stayed on top of communication from the first roof inspection through the final scheduling. They followed up quickly, gave us a fair estimate, and clearly explained the roofing scope so we knew what to expect. They were also very flexible when we changed a few preferences during the project, and it was always easy to reach someone with questions about the shingles, ventilation, and gutter tie-in. It was especially helpful that they coordinated with the gutter contractor so the whole roofing job moved along smoothly without us having to manage every detail ourselves. We are very pleased with the finished result. The new roof is leak-free, properly vented for the warm Emerald Hills climate, and they removed the extra old shingle layer so there is less weight and stress on the framing. The workmanship feels solid, and we feel confident they will be there if any follow-up roofing needs come up later.

i called to get roofing quotes, and the pricing was very fair compared with the other estimates i had already received. They gave me options for the roof work with new gutters and without, which helped me choose what fit best. The office staff and the roofing crew were polite, respectful, and professional the whole time. andrew, tristan, and duane kept me updated, answered my questions clearly, and made the whole process easy. The team removed the old roof layers, installed the new roof, and put in 2 skylights with strong attention to detail. They returned the next day to finish the last part of the job and make sure everything was done right. The cleanup was spotless, and i still have not found a single nail or piece of debris. I am very happy with the finished roof, the new gutters, and the overall service. The workmanship looks great, and the home feels well protected from sun, heat, and normal weather.

Excellent response and quality roofing work from A & B ROOFING INC. We had water getting into the attic and were worried it might mean a full roof replacement. Jeffery came out quickly, acted professionally, and completed the inspection and estimate as an experienced roofer who clearly knew roofing systems and leak repair. We really liked that he provided two options, one for immediate roof repairs and another for a full replacement, so we could make the best choice for our home and budget. He explained that the repair should hold up well for a good while and never pushed us toward a complete reroof before it was needed. The repair crew finished the job in just a few hours, cleaned up the yard well, and left everything neat. The repaired sections blend in nicely with the existing roof, and it is hard to spot where the new work was done. Most importantly, the roof leak is gone and the attic is staying dry. When it is time for a new roof, we definitely plan to call them again.

I’m sharing my experience with a roofing company after storm damage to my home. A neighbor recommended them, and they really delivered. From the first roof estimate through the contract process, everything was clear, smooth, and easy to follow. Craig was always available to answer questions and stopped by the property often to make sure the shingle color and roofing materials matched HOA requirements. He also took extra time to explain the scope of work, review pricing, and make sure I felt comfortable with every part of the roof replacement. Their pricing was fair and competitive, and the installation was done with high quality shingles and solid workmanship. Tristan led the crew, and they worked efficiently while still paying attention to detail. They also did a great job cleaning up the job site when the roofing work was finished. My new roof looks excellent, and the whole process was handled professionally from start to finish. I would gladly recommend this roofing contractor to anyone needing roof repair or roof replacement. Honest service, fair pricing, strong communication, and great customer care.

It almost feels like getting a roof re-shingled should be harder, but A & B ROOFING INC made the whole roofing process easy and smooth. Duane was excellent and guided us from start to finish in a professional, low-pressure way. Paul, the crew supervisor, was very friendly, and he and the roofing crew worked extremely hard and finished the roof in just one day. The cleanup was impressive, with almost no mess left behind. Ruben followed up and the final roof inspection looked great. They also took time to explain the insurance side clearly, which helped us save thousands. If you need roofing help in Emerald Hills, these roofers really know how to handle the job right.
