The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

We were subjected to Natural Slate Roofing and have many regrets. The work needed to be corrected by another roofer. The positives about them is the work fast and bring a large crew. The negative is they work fast, do not hang copper gutters properly causing water to not flow, they left a large pile of trash and debris, the clay tile workmanship was very amateur compared the the roofer we had fix their work and they did not return to finish the scope of work yet sent a full invoice. When we paid the invoice short hoping for their return to resolve, they sent a lien notice. They are the furthest from a company seeking 100% customer satisfaction as stated on the website. Allan will not return calls. I have an equally if not more dissatisfied neighbor about their work on their house.

Great work Allan, Cameron and team on my home in Carmel. I replaced wood shake due to fire risk in CA and am super happy with the result. Neighbor had their roof done with a lighter colored slate by Allan and it looks beautiful also.

What Natural Slate Roofing Inc says about itself
Taken from the business’s own website. We have not checked any of it. These are quotes, not credentials — a roofer writing “licensed and insured” on their homepage is not evidence that they are.
Their site also states: warranty offered, states years in business.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 9 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 9, of which 6 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Natural Slate Roofing Inc. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
