Thank you, Kate, we really appreciate the great review. Victorian homes in San Francisco always require extra care and attention to detail, so it means a lot to hear that you’re happy with the siding replacement and the final paint finish. Those projects take precision, and the crew takes a lot of pride in making sure the lines are clean and the finished product looks true to the character of the home. Julian will be glad to hear your feedback as well. He works hard to keep projects organized and make the process as smooth as possible, especially on larger exterior restorations like yours. Your home really did turn out beautifully, and we’re glad we could help bring the Victorian back to life. Thank you again for trusting Imperia Roofing & Exteriors with the project.

When the siding's up, the job's not quite done. The finishing touches are what make it look truly complete, clean trim around the edges, caulking sealed at the seams and openings, and a final once-over to catch anything that needs a fix. Those details are the difference between siding that looks installed and siding that looks finished. They're also functional. Good sealing at the trim and seams is part of what keeps water out. A good siding contractor takes the finishing as seriously as the main install, because those last details are what you see, and what protects the wall, every day.3 days agoCall now
