Neighbor—beware! We hired this company for some roof repair back in 2022. We had some cracked tiles and debris on the roof. They helped us out, we paid them $2100 and we thought that was it. However, In 2023, we started experiencing leaks …

Reviewers Beware: If a roofing contractor advises you to replace your roof, please take that to heart. Education is key. For anyone interested in following along with this roofs journey, we will post the photos from our initial inspection in March of 2022, when we advised the Harringtons that they should re-roof their home based on the damage we found. We have mentioned a re-roof every year since. Based on their budget, we agreed to provide a roof maintenance and replaced over 300 broken tiles on their roof. We removed 15 large contractor bags full of debris from a pine tree that eventually had to be cut down and was causing chaos on this roof. The roof has been past its useful life and has not been re-roofed in 40 years. As this is an active client, we are surprised to find this review and have been in constant communication with the Harringtons. The only delay has been the weather, we cannot complete repairs in the rain, however, we were out immediately to cover the areas in questions with plastic to avoid any further water intrusion issues. I don't believe that was mentioned in the review left by the Harringtons. As we expressed to the Harringtons, we are committed to resolving this issue and do no shy away from a challenge. Unfortunately, with a roof as old and frail as the Harringtons own, the construction is not always cut and dry. We have this scheduled for the week of 5/12-5/16. Stay tuned for the final outcome.

Arthur attempted to repair our roof about a year ago and charged us several thousand dollars. Unfortunately, the roof still leaks, although less. His follow through and communication on finding the continuing issue has been horrible. We have called, texted multiple times. Crickets until you are totally exasperated. Finally, he did another inspection and said he thought the leak was coming from a "different area". Another water test was done and he couldn't get the roof to leak. He then said he would get us a proposal for additional work and didn't follow through with that. Another flaky roofer! Beware.

Jim & Tricia, I hope this finds you well! I spoke with Joseph last week regarding further testing for your home and we believe that the leak is coming from the stucco. We have performed water tests and tarped your home several times at no-cost, all in an effort to satisfy you as a customer, and none of the testing has proven that our repair was done incorrectly. We do not do large stucco repairs, which seems to be the next step, and the testing of the stucco should be done by a company who will be doing the repairs so they know exactly what they are dealing with. Lastly, you provided a review of our services that does not accurately depict how the situation has transpired. We repeatedly came out to tarp your home to assist with your leak issues, we performed water tests to solve your leak issues, all at no cost to you. (A cost of $1,780 that we didn't charge) All of which was omitted from your review. We have been on your property 7 times to resolve this issue, on top of numerous communications via text and email. I would kindly ask that you remove your review once you look at the scenario as a whole, instead of holding our company accountable for an issue created by others contractors during the building of the addition. Thank you so much.

Came out for a estimate, never heard from them again. Was told I'll receive a estimate the next day. Emailed them no response

Jeff, we apologize for the delay in response. The recent storm generated an overwhelming amount of calls and our estimating department was inundated with inspections for review. As stated in our email, your leak is due to the work of others improperly installing the attic vent through the side of your stucco wall, not a roof leak. We recommend you contact them to address the interior leak they created. Thank you!

First and foremost, Purpose Roofing is an amazing company that went above and beyond for me. I recently purchased a new home and called Art to have my roof inspected. He not only went out the very next day, his new technology developed a full Live Photo collage with notes attached to each photo to help show me what issues were up top. The crew at Purpose Roofing is responsive, on time and professional. I will 100% recommend Purpose Roofing and feel confident when saying, I have my roofer for life! Thank you again 😊

We were so impressed with this company from the initial call through the quick completion of the project! During the heavy rains in December, we had a roof leak with water coming in through a light fixture in the kitchen. Arthur really came through for us and had his team repair the roof and perform needed maintenance for the entire roof. We were impressed with his very detailed estimate that included the scope of the work. Super professional, easy to work with, and with the second heavy rain…no water dripping from the kitchen ceiling! Highly recommend this company!

The roof on my room addition began to leak where it is attached to the main house. Arthur at Purpose Roofing came out and provided a thorough and professional inspection of the area. Ruben and his team were also very professional and precise as they replaced a large amount of flashing, plywood and felt which the original workers had installed improperly. I am grateful to find roofers that take pride in their work and plan on using them again.
