Our roof is currently under warranty (installed in 2001) and leaking. I've called and no reply - have also emailed, sent in form from website and messaged on Facebook, will update if I hear back.

Do not trust this company to install a metal roof. It leaked repeatedly and they did not have the resources or skill to resolve the problem. When the company became unresponsive, another company was called in to remove it …

Non-responsive company. Came to visit for pricing. Then nothing, no phone call, no quote, no pricing, very disappointing experience.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 3 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 3, of which 3 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on PRS Roofing Inc.. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
