Much higher than most — the typical roofer in Quebec sits at 2.9%. A higher share is a reason to read the critical reviews below, not a verdict.
The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

Truck driving extremely dangerously on the service road of Highway 40 at 5:30 a.m. on June 1st. This is a traffic hazard; please address this with your employer. Driving over 80 km/h in a 30 and 50 km/h zone. Cutting and zigzagging with the truck is completely illegal.

The work was shoddy, deadlines were missed, and communication was virtually nonexistent after the contract was signed. Despite several follow-ups, no serious progress was made, and the promised fixes were never implemented. After-sales service is simply nonexistent. I strongly advise against using this company.

I've tried contacting them several times for a flat roof quote, but I haven't received any return calls. As for the quality of their work, I remain uncertain.

Seriously, a good company, people who listen to their customers and are very conscientious, and they do a good job. Thank you!

Replaced a membrane on the flatroof of my duplex, the job was done quickly and with no issue. During the winter when we got snow accumulation they came to check the roof and helped me clear the snow. These are professionals that stand by their work and are there for their clients, I highly recommend!
What Renopolis says about itself
Taken from the business’s own website. We have not checked any of it. These are quotes, not credentials — a roofer writing “licensed and insured” on their homepage is not evidence that they are.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 17 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 17, of which 9 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
