Their guard dog escaped and attacked my pregnant girlfriend. Their “fix” is a cone in from of the hole to block a 100lbs German Shepard. Caution when walking around their business.

Left roofing garbage and cigarette butts on my roof while doing the neighbors roof. Went on my roof without permission. Put their tar bucket and supplies on my property, walked across my garden, and trampled my shrubs without permission. I …

Three appointments where Mr. Vincent never showed up, and I had to take time off work. Lack of respect for potential clients. Waste of time.

Vincent came to my house on a Friday for an estimate, and was supposed to get back to us at the beginning of the week with a solution and a price...it's now the end of the week and still no news! I call the office and they tell me no quote has been done, nobody knew anything about it! Simply terrible service.

Hello. This company completely redid my roof when we bought the house in November 2001, but in February 2017 the roof started leaking profusely: the written warranty had expired, but the verbal warranty was still valid. No estimate for the …

Toitures Vincent is the best! On two occasions did I need to use their services this month, and both times they did an excellent job. The last time was to repair something that was covered under our warranty as our roof is only 3 years old. The owner showed up personally on short notice and repaired it quickly with no questions asked. Very friendly customer service over the phone and the workers are great at answering any questions you have on site. Cannot recommend Toitures Vincent enough!

Vincent Roofing redid our roof over 20 years ago. We haven't had any problems. They just redid it again and the service is still excellent. Well done, Vincent Roofing!

Excellent company to work with! I purchased a home with an existing warranty; after experiencing a minor leaking issue, Mr. Vincent showed up at my place and repaired the issue right away. He was able to come by the day after I called, …

Claude, the owner, is a really nice guy, but what matters most is the quality of the work and the after-sales service! I had my roof done over 15 years ago, and he's come to check the work a few times since, telling me that everything is still in great condition and will last for many more years! Thanks, Claude!

I give a 5-star rating to this company that my father founded in 1943 and that my brother continues to manage...they have done my roof, those of my children, my friends and several of my clients always had excellent services and always had very good comments who in turn recommend Toiture Vincent for the value for money.
