Someone came to my house to estimate the work that needed doing. He told me he'd call me back in two days with a more accurate price. He never called. I left four messages with his secretary and still haven't received a call after more than three weeks of trying to reach him. Customer service? Forget about it.

The other two people who mentioned that the workers have no respect for the neighbors are absolutely right, and I witnessed it myself today. Plastic waste was thrown everywhere, indiscriminately. They left it in the hedge and on both my front and back balconies. I had to sweep my back balcony three times because there was a huge amount of beige and purple gunk (some kind of insulation, I imagine). They also walked on our roof all day, making an incredible racket.

Hello Ms. Bégin, I would first like to say how surprised I am by your comment. We always make it a point to walk around the property once our work is finished to ensure everything is clean. I simply find it unfortunate that you took the time to leave us a negative review that has nothing to do with the quality of our work. Sometimes, unforeseen circumstances arise that we cannot always control, such as temperature and wind. I would have preferred that you take the time to speak with us instead of basing your opinion on the quality of our work. I wish you a wonderful day. From now on, I will pay extra attention to the final inspection at the end of each project.

The workers walk around on the neighbors' roofs without permission and throw their rubbish on the neighbors' properties.

No regard for people's property. Left garbage, flashing material, and pulpy material all over site and neighbor's property
