We had our roof done a couple of years ago and every time I look at my house, I am disappointed in the carelessness of Perfect 10. I was in dialog with the workers while they put up the fascia. It looked like pieces of scotch tape, sloppily …

Good afternoon Jill We have called you and left you several messages we have not heard from you. Our response to your review. We at Perfect 10 Exteriors did NOT do your roof. We gave you a roof report about the roof that was put up by a storm chaser but NOT us. As you can see in your pictures the aluminum that your other contractor left was nail under the roof shingles. Our facia are actually under their aluminum so our facia aren't really visible. The aluminum they put up for you had a gap that's why we couldn't put our facia over they existing one. We pick up the check days after the job was done you could had hold the money until this was to your liking. We did this job October 2022 that's 3 and a half years ago. We never heard from you so we couldn't just stop by. We are a very accessible company it would have been easier to hit the call bottom and given us a chance to work with you. We have reach out but we have not heard from you. Again call us we will be more then happy to address any concerns you might have. Its been 5 weeks now and we still ha e not heard from you. We want to help you but with no communication from you to us it makes it impossible for us to help you. Again our phone is always on and waiting for your call

I had an excellent experience with Javier, Adriana and everyone at Perfect 10 Exteriors. The team was professional, punctual, and communicated clearly throughout the entire project. They walked me through the whole process and took the time to answer all of my questions. The work was completed in a timely manner and my roof looks great. I highly recommend Perfect 10 Exteriors to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and skilled roofing professionals. Thank you for making the entire process smooth and stress-free!

Javier and his team are great - we had an issue that developed out of the blue and Javier was here, got the permits, and completed the work. Our roof is not leaking and it looks great. They completed the work that said they would and on time. Thank you.
