  Absolute nightmare. The work has been a disaster. They sent inexperienced crews who did the roof and gutters wrong multiple times, it's been more than a month and they haven't come back to install the gutters and finish. Communication has been terrible constant misunderstanding and no clear answers. UpDate August 22, 2026 We called today,  because Yoana told my husband last week that today at 8 am a crew would come and finish. My husband tried calling Yoana and Arian to their direct numbers and never answered. So we called the office and I was able to speak with Mike and he said he did not know anything and they would try to schedule another day. We tried calling the office twice again because we had another question and no one picked up the phone anymore.  Yoana and Arian know that we had water leaking through the walls to the basement because there is no gutters yet. Pictures where also sent to them. We are just asking to get the job done correctly nothing else. If the office is not picking up who else are we supposed call?????

  Roof is leaking. Had it done a year ago and it's leaking. Water leaking into the bedroom. There should be a warranty for this.

  Started to file a roof claim through them. Poor communication. Was issued an insurance check and I never knew it existed. Over year old check that has now probably gone stale and going to have to communicate about it with the insurance myself. Thanks for nothing proliance.

  Proaliance replaced my roof 6 years ago and now we have a water stain on the ceiling below the roof. I have talked/text the rep multiple times and no manager will call me back for months to give any options or resolution. They apparently do not stand by their work, I'd look elsewhere.

  Doesn’t respect no soliciting signs on private residential homes. Then flings their marketing materials at their house when doors aren’t opened for strange men. This isn’t 1980. Stop going door to door. If people want your services, they will find you. If your business is successful you shouldn’t have to door knock.

  This is not the company to use. They lied to me from the start. They are trying to rip me and my insurance company off. They told me that my insurance company was only going to cover part of the work knowing dam good and well that my insurance was going to cover everything. I was suppose to get new gutters, didn't happen. Cause I was scammed into believing that if I wanted new gutters I would have to pay out of pocket. When she new all along that my insurance was paying for them. They are scammers.

  Excellent organization. Extremely professioanl. Arizbe J. helped with all the contactors details and the communication was great. The guys did an excellent job on the roof and siding on time as promised. Highly recommended

  Erick is an AMAZING GUY. He answered all of my husband and my questions with so much patience. He took the time to go over our contract with so much patience and time and he didn't make us feel like we were taking too much of his time. THANK YOU AGAIN ERICK WE REALLY APPRECIATE YOU.

  I just had my final inspection on my new roof done by Ernesto. He was awesome, very knowledgeable and did a little additional caulking where needed to complete my roof/gutter install. It was a pure pleasure from the start to the finish of my job with the entire staff at Proliance!! I would recommend Proliance to all my family, friends and neighbors!!

  Updated Review (2 yrs later) Company sent Ernesto out to check roof after the recent storms. He was timely, professional, and courteous. The roof is still in tact and beautiful. Thank you Ernesto for for the outstanding, thorough inspection. You're amazing. Wow. I thought it was a scam until I visited their facilities. They did everything for me from the roof inspection to contacting my insurance company to scheduling the work to even assisting with matching color of roof to garage. Claudia and Mike are a dynamic duo. And it did not cost a dime. Wow. Thank you Proliance.

  Eric was very patient and through with his explanation of the type of roof that’s being applied. The price appears to be reasonable compared to another price that I had been quoted. Of course that price included the gutters also

  We really appreciate the work Proliance did. We are pleased with the work the men did, it was really hot and humid the day they redid our roof and they did an amazing job even in the heat. We offered cold beverages while they are helping us with our home and we just wanted everyone to be safe. Thank you to all the people involved in this job. Can't say much, just thank you for your professionalism. My husband and I truly recommend them.
