  A company that won't even look without husband and wife home is something to steering clear of. High pressure tactics to take advantage of seniors. Had an appointment for a roof replacement estimate, agent came and left when he found out only one was home. An estimate should be an estimate no matter how many are home. BEWARE

  We had a sign saying please don't knock or ring the bell the baby is sleeping. One of their door to door sales man still knocked and rang the bell.

  Terrible customer service and sales approach. The guy that called me kept pushing me for more and more info, including all of my wife's information - totally not necessary. I was asking for the free bid, and he told me he wouldn't send anyone out unless I gave him my wife's info, and if I didn't give him the info then they probably aren't the company for me - I agree. Totally inappropriate and just all around weird experience. I get it’s sales but not a good approach.

  We had some damage to a small section of our roof after a storm, and we called and asked about repair. They sent two guys over to our house, and it wasn’t until they had been here for 20 minutes that they admitted they would not repair our roof, only replace it. We were extremely clear on the phone we only needed a repair to a few shingles that blew off the ridge, and instead they wasted our time trying to sell us a replacement we don’t need. They tried to terrify us with a laundry list of problems that essentially implied our roof could cave in at any moment on a seven year old house. Extremely dishonest.

  The roof is great. I take issue with the fact they seem unable or unwilling to find a solar company that they'll refer to keep their warranty intact

  Did not go with Erie for roof replacement as they are very overpriced. Quoted at $55k for a roof that costs $17k to replace. Also they subcontract out their roofers so you don't know what your going to get at a very steep price. Very sad how this company is run.. Do your research and get multiple quotes. Its okay to say no.

  $27,000 for a home of 850 square footage is crazy. Salesman got angry when I told him I will be getting other bids.

  Asked for them to come out for a quote/estimate to see if i wanted to go through them. Thought the rep of the company and I talked quite well, they did their inspection and measurements, we discussed winter discounts. A few days pass by …

  The salesman, install manager and crew were very professional. The install manager and crew were also very courteous and answered any question I had. The roof looks great along with the clean up job they did. Keep up the good work!

  Was time for a new roof. Crew worked hard and had my job completed in 1 day and cleaned around the house so we'll you could not tell they had been there.

  This company keeps its promises. When Troy came out to our home he did a thorough inspection from our attic. He took pictures and explained what was going on with our roof. He explained what was working well and what was needed to do a good job. After we agreed on a price and time that the work would be done, Erie delivered as promised. When the new rain gutters were installed they made sure they worked like they were supposed to. We are very happy we chose Erie Home roofing and give Troy a 5 star thumbs up.

  Erie Home installed a metal roof fall of 2025. Troy in sales spent quite a bit of time patiently explaining my options and price points. It’s really a great roof. Neighbors have all commented on it favorably.

  Job site supervisor did a great job explaining the whole process. Crew is doing a great job. Chris helped explaining what all was going to happen. Bill from the start was great, Kevin was very nice on the phone and Chris made sure everything was done up to standards.
