  A very deceiving and lying company use at own risk will was told buy Wyatt I only need to pay my deductible of 1500 and my insurence will cover the rest well now they want 12000 it’s been an awful experience they just tell you what you want to hear . Update the roof was completed left nails , cigarette butts and beer bottle cap in yard and never came back to do a deep clean with a magnet was told the would buy Tyler damaged my concrete patio and facia also the vent talked to drew was told some would be out to talk to me blah blah blah that was last week another update they bought 13 osb boards @ I believe 120 a pice brought 8 to my house used used 5 charged me for 10 and no I don’t get the other 5 and still waiting for repairs and no they have done nothing to make it right

  Shady business. Canvassers constantly harass my neighbors after I signed up with them. Gave them $2500 months ago and haven’t heard a thing since.

  These people stop a couple times a month. It is very annoying and I have politely told them no every time.

  Hey Damon, we are sorry for the inconvenience, give our office a call and we can try to get you on a list to eliminate any future disturbances. Our sales staff are trained to spot storm related damages or failing roofing systems on peoples homes and making them aware of the damages and walking them through the claims process. This is how they provide for their families BUT we do understand how frustrating it can be to be bothered at home by people you don't know. If you give me a call, I can get you put on a list that will hopefully prevent them from stopping again. We have so many salespeople it is hard to know who stopped at what house.   I hate to say this because I really trusted these people early on and liked them. However after all was said and done, they really love to rip off insurance companies which doesn’t sit right with me. I also was told ahead of time prior to the tear off that some decking would need to be replaced. Once the job was done I asked about it and they said it wasn’t replaced.

The project Mrs. Hale is talking about is an insurance claim. We have no control over pricing or coverage. Both pricing and coverage is determined by the insurance carrier. The customer chose granite black for their roof color and received granite black. We did everything we said we would do for less than what we said we would do it for. We also discounted the roof by $500 and gave them a $50 gift card for no reason just to try to remedy the situation we had no hand in creating.
