non stop email marketing. harassment is a poor marketing technique. mass emails sent out with no unsubscirbe button from Matthew. Whomever does your email marketing is a poor reflection of your company.

Hi Brian! We don't have your name in our system, and it doesn't look like we've ever worked with you before. All emails from Matt would be the address Matt@equityroofs.com, and it looks like the address that is emailing you is matthew@equityroofsinspection.info. We would recommend blocking that email address.

These guys use predatory business practices and blind text message you lies about your own house. My 4-year-old roof is apparently desperately in need of replacing according to the things they have left on my door and texted me.

200+ 5 star reviews are well deserved. My project was for installation of new siding, fascia, and soffit. The team at Equity was excellent throughout the entire process beginning with initial quotes. Quotes were comprehensive and detailed. I felt well informed about cost breakdown of different materials and options and well positioned to make the best choice for my project. Moving to the tear down and installation, the team moved quickly and carefully. The crew was professional, detail oriented, and knowledgeable. They also did a great job cleaning up after themselves each day. If you like knowing what is going on with your project, the team takes a ton of pictures throughout the project. Additionally, the site manager was excellent with proactively communicating day to day schedule, very responsive, and ensured any unforeseen hiccups were resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. Equity stands by their work and provides quality products and installation. I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone considering getting siding or roofing work done. If I'm unfortunate enough to need a new roof anytime soon, I know who I will be calling.

Equity Roofing is by far the most thorough, knowledgeable, and professional contractor we’ve had come take a look at our property. Ryan was incredibly personable, concise, and knowledgeable about the repair process and what it would look like for us. He made sure to show us exactly what would be replaced and establish an understanding that no other contractor has. Thank you, Ryan! We look forward to calling you during future endeavors!

I highly recommend Equity Roofing! When looking for a new roof, I had 3 companies come out and give me quotes and I chose Equity for a few reasons. During the initial inspection, they spent hours going through everything outside/inside they would be doing. They sat me down and explained the process WITHOUT being pushy salesmen. When I received my quote, it was highly detailed with everything expected and no hidden costs or surprises. I was confident that I was going to get a quality roof and work done. Installation was a breeze and they communicated effectively. They worked very fast and left everything spotless. They came back out at the end of the second day to do a few finishing touches and the last inspection. During time here, it started to rain and we noticed rain running off in a corner into the patio area. They stayed to put up a guard and check for any other issues. It’s little things that make a difference and Equity was fantastic to work with! Shoutout to Matt, Eric, Megan and Catherine for being easy to work with!

Equity Roofing deserves 5+ stars. From the initial inspection until completion their staff is competent, honest, and professional. The communication was top notch. They back their inspection and all work with photos, and during the actual roof project they kept us updated as if we were on the roof watching the job. The materials are very high quality, and the cleanup was impeccable. They ran magnets around the house multiple times seaching for any missed screws. I can't imagine using anyone else for our Roofing needs. It's such a relief to know how well and secure the roof is now, and, of course, it looks splendid. Many thanks to Equity Roofing!
