Very prompt in responding to my request for and in preparing the estimate. Labor crew worked hard and efficiently. Started early and stayed late. Used great quality American-made products. Good craftsmanship. Good cleanup after the job was finished. I would hire again.

Granite was great to work with, very professional and timely on replacing the ridge vent of my barn. We ran into a delivery issue that he addressed and made right. Great customer service, will work with again in the future!

I recently had a metal roof installed by Lake City Construction, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. Granite was incredibly knowledgeable about metal roofing and helped me understand the long-term benefits—durability, energy efficiency, and low maintenance. He offered a variety of styles and finishes, and helped me chose the perfect match for my homes needs. Installation was flawless and the final product looks amazing! I highly recommend Lake City Construction. From the first consultation to the final inspection, the entire process was handled with professionalism, transparency, and true craftsmanship. Their expertise, quality of work, and customer service skills are top-tier. Five stars all the way!

Granite and his crew did a fantastic job for us. They did repairs to water damaged wood then did a great job of installing our new metal roof. They worked hard and nonstop. I highly recommend them without any reservations.

Lake City Construction was great to work with. They responded quickly, came out the same day I called about our roof leaking, gave a reasonable quote on site, and had our new roof on just over a week later (and it looks great). Can't say enough about how easy they are to work with. Went above and beyond driving out to our place a few times to get things squared away and very communicative. Even offered to measure my garage so I get the right amount of matching materials for when I do that myself. Would definitely recommend! Update: I had them come a second time to re-side our house, install new windows, and add a new roof section over a porch (they framed/built that as well). Granite and his team are thoughtful, easy to work with, and most importantly, are excellent craftsman. The house looks like a new place, and we are thrilled!
