We had extensive damage from our recent hail storm 05/07/24. We needed to get multiple bids from several companies. When we responded back to this company that we needed a company that was all inclusive - Tim's response was "Thanks for wasting my time". Seems we dodged a bullet! Sooooo glad we chose a different company! Just WOW on his response!! If I could give a minus 3 review , I would have! BEWARE!!

They were suppose to come out for an estimate. I waited for 2 hours. They did not call and did not show up. I will definitely NOT recommend them to anyone. I will let people know they are not dependable.

I apologize Joanna. We take servicing our customers #1 priority. Maybe you got us mixed up with another company because we never had your name on schedule for an estimate. Sincerely tim

I would not recommend this business. They did a reroof of our home and an addition of a exterior roof over a concrete patio last fall, 2022. They ripped the gutter guards off our gutters vs. removing them. They then tried to replace them with plastic ones when we had stainless steel ones. They did replace them finally but only used two way tape vs. screwing them down like we had them. About a month ago we went to our full finished basement and had mud in our utility room. Our basement has never leaked in the 28 years we have lived here. My husband got up on a ladder to investigate and found several pieces of tar paper, shingle material and plastic pieces from the shingles in our gutters and downspouts..I messaged Tim right away with the information and photo's and his response was to block me.. in the meantime we are the ones responsible for the time and money his company costs us.

Tim and his crew did a great job on our garage and siding repairs needed after a storm caused damage. Tim was extremely quick in coming out and getting us a quote to start the repairs. His crew was respectful and kept the job site cleaned up after each day of work. We would use Tim again and recommend to anything needing work done!

From tear off to clean up Tim and the guys did an outstanding job on my garage roof. The quote was reasonable and actually the final cost came in lower than the quote. I would highly recommend them to do any roof replacements you may need.

Had them redo my roof. They did a great job and had great communication every step of the way. I plain on have them do more work in the future. It was great that they work on mobile homes. I was turned down by other contractors when they found out I was wanting work done to a mobile home.

Wow… ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot say enough about how wonderful the experience with Tim and his team went! Another realtor referred me to Tim, and I am so thankful for that! My buyers were under a very strict timeframe and Tim was able to work fast to get the new roof put on. He was incredibly responsive, reasonable, and on top of everything—estimate, shingle order, tear off, replacement, etc. Do yourself a favor—reach out to Tim and A-Plus Roofing. He certainly has business with me from here on out with my sellers/buyers needs!
