The receptionist that answers the phone has no clue what is going on, lacks proper phone etiquette and common courtesy. We originally called on July 14th about some shingles that came off after an August 2024 install, then after a bad rain …

You evidently are misinformed and have no clue about etiquette! Frank is not a tech , he is the owner of the company and he did not cuss, yell or scream at you. But we, as the owner’s do not take kindly to people that try to belittle our employees. If you would like to discuss this further I will gladly talk to you. K Payne

I would like to thank Jody Alford and the team at Professional Roofing for the outstanding job replacing my roof. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Jody even followed up with me to make sure that I was completely satisfied and recommended the best type of shingles for my house. I highly recommend them for all your roofing needs.

I’ve built two homes and had Frank and the team have done both of my roofs one was a standing seam lifetime metal roof and other was a shingle roof and never had an issue with anything. I highly recommend them and will always do business with them!

This is the place to call if you want a quality, efficient and reasonable roofing job done. I have used them twice over the past few years with the latest job being a complete roof replacement due to damage from hurricane Florence. They are honest and dependable. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my roofing needs.

Frank and his guys replaced my roof and did an amazing job. Doing business with them was a pleasure. They kept me informed during the whole process including weather delays. Their price was reasonable and the job masterfully done. They went beyond my expectations. Would recommend them anytime.
