  Excellent Experience with Pro Storm Repair I highly recommend Pro Storm Repair for anyone needing a roof replacement. From start to finish, they made the entire process easy and stress-free. Josh DeHaven was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and guide me through the roof replacement from beginning to end. I really appreciated his communication and willingness to make sure I understood everything. Jason Burkart and his team did an outstanding job replacing my roof. They worked with incredible professionalism and speed, while still doing quality work. They also did a fantastic job cleaning up when the project was finished—you could hardly tell they had been there. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Josh, Jason, and the entire Pro Storm Repair team. Professional, fast, knowledgeable, and dependable. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roof work!

  Jeremy handled everything with the insurance company when we needed hail damage repair on our roof. He met with the adjuster and helped get everything approved while I was busy at work. He kept me informed throughout the process, was professional, responsive, and took a lot of stress off my shoulders. I really appreciate everything he did and would definitely recommend Jeremy to anyone who needs someone knowledgeable and reliable. Thanks again!

  We were very satisfied with the service and work provided by Prostorm after our roof, siding, and gutters were damaged by hail. We were skeptical about going with an out of town 'storm chaser', but Eric (our advisor) was always responsive and explained everything clearly throughout the process.

  Needed to replace some 40 year old windows. Rich, their window “specialist “ was meticulous and detailed, their on-Site team as well. The company offered various options in various price ranges. Day of install team was attentive to being clean and cleaning up after. The window trim on the exterior was excellent, looked like nothing had changed. I would recommend them!

  Dan Dalessio a damage consultant for Pro Storm Repair was fantastic to work with. He guided us through the entire process of repairing our home following a damaging hair storm that included roof, rain gutters and house siding. Dan's personal communication skills gave us confidence that Pro Storm Repair would do quality work. He was sensitive to our feelings and carefully guided us through every step of the process, including dealing with insurance and products available to us to complete the repair work. The quality of work was outstanding! The roofing crew was experienced and completed the installation of the roof in one day. The new roof looks great and I highly recommend Dan Dalessio and the Pro Storm Repair team to anyone who has need of repair services.
