  After charging nearly 4K for gutter work we called Alex 4 times about installation problems and water flowing over the top of our gutters. Each of those 4 times he promised to take care of the problem. He never showed up! Alex is not a man of his word.

  I hired this company to repair the back side of my main roof chimney. They did a great job removing the old shingles and wood decking, installing new ice and water shield, shingles and hips, and replacing some damaged shingles on the roof. They also cleaned up after themselves and hauled away the debris in a dumpster. I was satisfied with their work. 2024 UPDATE: A Cautionary Tale with DreamLine Roofing LLC PA169298 Once upon a time in 2023, we had a pleasant experience with DreamLine Roofing LLC PA169298 on a small project that cost us less than $2000. Fast forward to 2024, and our story took a dramatic turn for the worse during a highly expensive roof replacement project. Our journey began with a hefty 40% deposit on February 9, 2024, with high hopes and expectations. But instead of updates, we were met with an eerie silence. After multiple follow-ups, we finally received a response after February 21st. This level of unresponsiveness was nothing short of unprofessional. The saga continued with a three-day wait after the work was finished and fully paid, just to receive pictures of the completed roof. This delay was unacceptable. When the pictures finally arrived, they revealed a glaring omission: the vent ridge, clearly specified in the invoice, was missing. This showed a blatant lack of attention to detail. Despite assurances, the promised 40-year manufacturer warranty confirmation never materialized. Our repeated requests for proof of purchase were ignored, leaving us in the dark about the materials used and the longevity of our new roof. Even with three months of assistance from the Bucks County Department of Consumer Protection / Weights & Measures, we only managed to get the ridge vent installed. Neither the Bucks County Department of Consumer Protection / Weights & Measures office nor the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General could secure the manufacturer warranty or proof of purchase for the materials.   Alex did a great job and was able to provide reasonable and affordable options for my roof. He was able to come out and fix everything quickly and efficiently. I have had zero issues since the repairs were completed. I highly recommend Alex and DreamLine Roofing for roofing work.

  Storm damaged some flashing on my house. Alex from Dream Line Roofing came out the same day and gave an estimate and also noticed 9 missing roof shingles. Fixed everything two days later!! Very reasonable price and very friendly service. Will use them again!!
