  First call: Went unanswered, not even voicemail. Second call: Woman answers from what sounds like the middle of a loud and cavernous industrial structure. She muffled some introduction so poorly I had to verify I'm talking to the right company. I tell her I'm looking for roof inspection and repair. She asks for my address, then asks for it again because she can't hear anything. Mid-way through my (louder, slower) reply she just hung up. Hey congrats on staying busy and the history of positive reviews. Consider spending a little extra on a decent phone, some sound insulation for your office, or basic training on phone communication.

However, leaving a one-star review based solely on this phone call—without ever allowing us to inspect your roof, provide an estimate, or perform any work—is an unfair representation of our company. We are a small, locally owned company, not a large corporation. Our team is frequently on other calls, meeting with customers, inspecting properties, and managing active projects. That is exactly why we also have an answering service in place for calls that we are unable to answer immediately. Additionally, there are several other ways to reach us. We have online contact forms that are monitored and responded to promptly, as well as email addresses that are readily available online. We make every effort to respond quickly regardless of how a customer chooses to contact us. We have been in business for 17 years, and we have built our reputation through quality workmanship, customer service, and thousands of successfully completed roofing, stucco, siding, and stonework projects. We are proud of the many positive reviews from customers who have actually trusted us with their homes. We certainly understand that a frustrating phone experience can be disappointing, but we don't believe it is reasonable to judge 17 years of a company's work based on one unsuccessful phone interaction—especially when you never became a customer.   New roof and gutters: They didn't address rotted fascia running under roof line causing a leak into the master bathroom that I told them about. They had to return to replace the fascia after the roof was completed. They didn't address rotted/missing fascia in a separate area to which they attached new gutters. The gutter is now sagging in the area of rotted fascia after it rained because the fascia board is pulling away from the house. It's not possible they didn't know they were attaching gutters to rotted fascia. They were willing to return to fix that for additional cost but I chose to go elsewhere. I felt as though the workmen were just trying to get the job done to move on to the next job and I could not trust them after 2 strikes. Poor workmanship. Very disappointing. I am adding to my original review because the owner commented on it with blatant falsehoods. 1. The rotted fascia causing water entrance along the roofline was indeed known prior to the roof installment. I told the workmen and told your supervisor about it. Your supervisor confirmed that the workmen didn’t address the rotted fascia. You came back and fixed it for an additional charge - it was not gratis! 2. One of the main reasons I decided to get new gutters was because several areas didn’t look right including the area that would sag every time it rained or snowed heavily. Again, your supervisor came out and confirmed that the workmen attached gutters to rotted fascia board and he even pointed out missing fascia board along the line of the gutter which I hadn’t noticed. He said the workmen should have informed him of that. You did offer to come out and fix it for $1800. Only after my negative review did you offer to fix it at no charge. I did not want to provide this much detail but your dishonest response necessitated it.

The fascia issue referenced was an unforeseen pre-existing condition that was discovered during the project and discussed with you at the time. Although this repair was outside the original scope of work, we addressed the issue at no additional cost in an effort to help resolve your concerns. Regarding the gutters, they were installed properly and securely. At no point did we ignore or knowingly install gutters onto structurally unsound materials without discussing the condition with you. As with many exterior renovation projects, hidden deterioration behind existing materials is sometimes only discovered once work begins. We also made multiple efforts to address your concerns and remained willing to revisit the property to review any additional items. Unfortunately, you did not respond to multiple attempts to communicate, and we were unable to come to an agreement moving forward. For over 17 years, our company has proudly served homeowners throughout Montgomery, Chester, Bucks, and Delaware Counties, completing thousands of roofing and exterior projects. We stand behind our workmanship and remain committed to treating every customer professionally and respectfully. We wish you the best moving forward.

  Hi Melissa Zajac, I'm so sorry you feel this way, I was very interested in helping you, and I DID go into the attic, when I first arrived you mentioned about going into the attic, and I did that during the appointment, you knew going into the attic was something anyone who came out would have to do, so I brought my ladder up to that attic access point and there were dressers and other large items in the way that I did not want to step on or move because they looked like they shouldn't be moved, I set up the ladder to where I could just barley get half my body in the attic (thats as close as I could get me ladder to the attic access point) since there were many large items in the way of me getting my ladder in position to get myself in the attic, I used my flashlight to look around and did not see anything wrong with the underside of the plywood. Then you showed me spots on a ceiling in a room that you said you never go in and you weren't sure if they were leaks or not and I explained my thoughts to you, and why I didn't think these spots were active leaks, since they weren't brown and nothing was wet. I did stay at your house for about 20 minutes looking at what you said and offering my opinion. You also mentioned that the roof was replaced in 2015 and you were afraid to call the people who did it because they had bad reviews, even though I mentioned to you that if any work needed to be done that you should call that company back because you should have at least a 10 year workmanship warranty. I explained to you many options and you seemed very thankful for them. I am sorry you feel that I wasn't interested in the job, but I did offer you many options including a repair to remove shingles and locate a leak. I did not have a 40 foot ladder with me so I did not get on the roof, I was not aware that I needed one, but normally I would get on the roof and check everything out. I did offer you a couple resolutions to your problem, including a repair option, but if you don

  Great service! Anthony offered excellent advice and answered all of my questions. The job was scheduled and done within two weeks. Furthermore, they even sent us a cheese and snack board a couple of weeks after the job. I highly recommend!

  Labrusciano roofing did a great job installing damper vents. From the consult date, they were able to do the work in 3 weeks. They kept in contact with me throughout the installation ensuring everything they did is what we wanted as customers. The staff were pleasant to talk. Overall, great experience.

  Ted was a fantastic first contact. He has been in the industry for a long time and his experience was critical to guide on what was best for us - nothing more or less was suggested - exactly what we needed was in the quote. The quote was clear & competitive, the materials are high quality, and the warranty is desirable for such a big investment. Jeff was a terrific on-site lead and his team were efficient and well-versed in the few challenges that our property offered, including a power outage, skylights, and the need to cut back a roof line on our coop! It was a super experience and we highly recommend them. We bid farewell to the days it rained inside!

  I recently had my gutters replaced by LaBrusciano Roofing & Exteriors, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the initial consultation to the final installation, their team was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was done to the highest standard.   Had our entire roof redone, and the crew did a fantastic job! They were super efficient and finished all the work in just a day and a half. Everything lines up perfectly, and even in the cold weather the shingles already look great (they just haven’t fully set yet). The gutters were done beautifully too, and the site was spotless when they left. Really impressed with how smoothly everything went — absolutely recommend LaBrusciano!

  From beginning to end, the team a LaBrusciano Roofing and Exteriors displayed a high level of professionalism across the board. From the day Anthony came out to the house to provide a detailed and reasonably priced estimate, to the project managers, and to the administrative assistant, Nic, every step of this project was handled with care. I was impressed how they handled all of my questions and concerns as this is a large investment. I needed both an entire new roof and stucco work to be completed. They did not "oversell" their services, I had many estimates that went over the top. They always were in touch and kept me informed. After the job they even addressed a few minor details without question. I highly recommend LaBrusciano for both quality and level of service.
