excellent service from a roofing team that responded fast when our recently remodeled kitchen started leaking in the middle of the night because of several roof issues. we called a few roofers, and they got back to us right away. lucas handled the scheduling and kept everything organized. he was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. the crew worked hard on the roof repair, found a few weak spots that could have turned into bigger leaks, and fixed those too. they went above and beyond the original scope of work, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. their quick response helped prevent more water from getting into the kitchen ceiling and causing serious damage inside the house. their pricing was fair and in line with other roofing companies, especially for an emergency call. we appreciated that they were honest, straightforward, and focused on solving the problem the right way. it is hard to find a roofer that is both responsive and reliable, but this team delivered on both. we plan to have them come back soon for a full roof replacement and new gutters, and we feel confident they will do solid work at a fair price.

i am sharing this for my dad in sherman oaks. he was very happy with the roofing service and asked me to post his feedback. stop and look no further. outstanding roofer, great ownership, true professionals, and excellent craftsmen. after three other roofing contractors could not fix major roof leaks on an older residential roof, this team found the real issue and rebuilt all the roof valleys, replaced damaged flashing, and sealed the problem areas properly. jermaine and lucas kept the work organized, explained the repair process in simple terms, and made sure everything was cleaned up well. the leak problem was solved in just a few days at a fair and reasonable price. we really appreciated the clear communication, quality workmanship, and the way the crew handled the roof repair for the warm southern california conditions.

We decided to replace the original roof on our home and garage, so we spent time researching typical roofing prices and materials in Sherman Oaks. After getting several estimates from local roofers, we had a solid idea of what a fair price should be. What really stood out was how quickly we received a detailed roofing quote with three clear choices: good, better, and best. The middle option was right in line with what we expected for the area. Jermaine explained each roofing option in simple terms, answered our questions, and never pushed us into spending more. He even mentioned that the good option would work very well for our house and garage. Lucas also helped us pick a shingle style that fit the look of our home and the sunny Southern California climate, and the roofing job was scheduled within just a few weeks. The crew arrived on time and came prepared to work. Before removing any old roofing, they carefully protected the sides of the house with tarps and made sure the property was set up properly for the tear-off. They removed the old roof efficiently and kept the debris under control by loading everything neatly for disposal. It was clear they cared about both safety and cleanliness throughout the project. I also appreciated seeing the full roofing process as the work moved along. It was great to see the quality materials and steps that went into the installation, including the underlayment, drip edge, flashing, sealing, and other important roofing components that help protect the home. The workmanship was strong, professional, and consistent from start to finish. Another big plus was the clear contract. The scope of work was easy to understand, the pricing was straightforward, and there were no hidden fees or last-minute surprises. Everything was completed as promised, right on schedule, and the final cost matched the quote. When the roofing work was finished, the area was left clean and neat, and both the house and garage looked excellent. We are very happ

As a licensed home inspector, I know roofing work well and understand the right methods for a proper roof installation. Jermaine and his crew were professional from start to finish. My roof has a lot of angles, dormers, and even a flat roofing section with skylights, so it was a detailed project. Once the old roofing was torn off, they found an issue in the flat roof area and clearly explained the problem. We discussed the best way to repair it, and they handled it the right way without cutting corners. The crew was clean, polite, and very careful with every part of the job. They paid close attention to the flashing, roof layers, and overall workmanship, and they also followed proper safety practices on site. In a place like Sherman Oaks, where strong sun and heat can really wear down roofing materials, it is important to have a roofer who understands how to build and repair a roof to last. The finished roof looks excellent, and I highly recommend them for any roofing service.

Pro Sherman Oaks Roof & Gutter removed our old slate roof and put on a new one with great care and solid roofing workmanship. The crew was very professional from start to finish, and it was a huge relief to finally have a leak-free roof that also looks excellent. We later hired them again for a large garage roof replacement, and the second job went just as smoothly as the first. They were easy to work with, stayed clear in their communication, and explained the roofing process in a simple, respectful way without any pressure or unnecessary upselling. Everything was handled efficiently, the results looked fantastic, and both roofing projects made a big improvement to our home in Sherman Oaks. A+ experience.

I hired a roofing contractor to take care of our very old leaking roof. Lucas inspected everything carefully and explained that the worn-out roofing system needed a full tear-off and a new roof installation. The estimate was fair for the amount of roofing work involved, and the whole process was clear from the start. From the first inspection through the final cleanup, Lucas and his crew were professional, dependable, and hardworking. They completed the roof replacement with great attention to detail, handled a few extra items, and kept me updated along the way. I also appreciated getting before, during, and after photos of the project. Each day, the crew cleaned the job site well and made sure the property was left neat. Now I feel much better knowing the new roof is solid and ready for the rain. The finished workmanship looks great, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Reliable roofers like this are not easy to find, and I would gladly hire them again for future roofing work.

After some roof and exterior damage from a recent storm, I reached out for help and had a great experience from start to finish. Lucas responded quickly, inspected the roof, explained the needed repairs in simple terms, and provided a clear estimate right away. He also helped handle the insurance process, which made everything much easier and kept the roofing claim moving smoothly. The whole job was managed professionally, with honest communication, solid workmanship, and close attention to the roof system and exterior details. It was clear they care about doing quality roofing work and treating customers fairly. I work in home services myself, so I pay attention to reliability and integrity, and this team earned my trust. I would gladly recommend them to my own customers because I feel confident they will receive the same respectful service, dependable roof repair support, and straightforward guidance that I received.
