  I would not recommend this company - I got competitive bids which were much cheaper, but I thought these guys were more professional . .. However communication turned out to be poor, and I asked for the owner to call me back to discuss, which he never did. When I had the final inspection, it was done by a guy that English was second language, that could not understand my questions . Not only that but the final bill was changed when I brought attention to the agreed upon price, but with that being said the first one had 17 sheets of extra plywood , and the revised final showed 24! These guys charge $115 per sheet where their competitors charge a low of $65, to $80 range!) I also had a lot of bubbles , patched spots where they had cut the material wrong. I also had drywall damage done when they pulled a skylight. When I was going to have them replace a skylight theyorder up a wrong sized. In hindsight , 3 of my neighbors went with US roofing, and were very satisfied. I wished I would of saved money and time going with them instead of pro Roofing!

  We're sorry to hear that you're unhappy with your experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation. The roof on your home was installed in 2020, with the ridge vent added in 2021. At no point between the completion of that work and February 2024 were we contacted about any issues or concerns regarding the roof system. On February 22nd, 2024, you reached out to us regarding what you believed to be a roof leak. Our Project Manager promptly responded and arranged for the original installer to visit your home the following day, February 23rd. During that visit, our installer met with you onsite and explained that the issue you were experiencing was not due to a roof leak, but rather condensation caused by gaps in your insulation. As was communicated during the original installation, our team advised that proper insulation—installed without gaps—was essential due to your "hot roof" design. While Pro Roofing NW does not handle insulation work, we made it clear at the time that insulation boards should be installed tightly with no gaps to avoid air exchange with the attic space. During the 2024 inspection, the installer found that the insulation, which was installed after our roofing work, had gaps that were allowing warm, moist air into the attic. This is what’s causing the condensation you’re observing and mistaking for a leak. Our team reiterated this in follow-up conversations on both February 28th and 29th, 2024.We understand how frustrating it can be to deal with unexpected home issues, and we want to assure you that we stand behind the quality of our work. However, in this case, the issue's root lies in the insulation conditions, which are outside the scope of our roofing services. Pro Roofing Team

First and foremost, we would like to clarify that the use of long nails penetrating the deck is in full compliance with the manufacture warranty standards and duly mentioned in our agreement. We are sorry if this was not clearly communicated to you during the project. Regarding the holes and vents installed by your contractor during the kitchen renovation, we understand that this has caused inconvenience and damage to the PVC membrane. However, it is crucial to note that we were not involved in the alteration of the structure and therefore cannot be held responsible for any resulting issues. We suggest contacting your renovation contractor to rectify these specific problems caused during the renovation. Moreover, the leak on the chimney, along with any infiltration on the brick, appears to be a result of improper installation and sealing techniques employed by your contractor when placing decorative rocks on top of the brickwork. This is a critical matter that should have been handled correctly to prevent further damage. We recommend reaching out to your renovation contractor for the appropriate resolution. We apologize for any confusion or frustration that may have arisen from these circumstances. Our utmost priority is to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, and we regret that you did not experience this firsthand.   Pro-Roofing did not caulk the flashing they installed, resulting in leaks damaging my ceiling. They issued a lifetime warranty which says it covers damages resulting from leaks reported within 48 hours of the problem occurring. Unfortunately they are not willing to honor their warranty.

  Pro bid competitively, worked fast, and even cleaned up pretty well. When the roof began leaking less than six months later, phone calls weren't returned. When we finally got them to come out, they didn't fix it and blamed the chimney that hasn't leaked in 60+ years. When we filed an insurance claim we discovered that their insurance information is years out of date and the company they do have is nearly impossible to work with. When we filed a complaint with the BBB they responded that there was no leak. Avoid at all costs.

  Don't believe what you read. Once you sign on the dotted lines, they move on to the next job. Customer service is lacking and when issues arise...they simply give you lip service because it is all because the owner just looks at the dollar. NOT your interest.

  I am very pleased with the new roof, gutters, and roof repairs done by Pro Roofing NW. I had rotted wood under my flat roof above the sunroom, the attic ventilation was not up to code, and the main roof and gutters needed to be replaced. The estimate was fair and there were no high pressure sales at all. The communications were great, the work crew was very polite and efficient, and the whole project was completed in a week. The crew cleaned up everything including sweeping inside my sunroom after the repairs were done to that area. The attic ventilation gives me peace of mind that we have good air flow now. The office manager put me in contact with a Credit Union that financed the whole project with no money down. The whole experience was very pleasant and I highly recommend Pro Roofing NW.
