We had wind damage to our townhome roof, siding, and gutters, and it was hard to find a roofing contractor available for temporary protection and the follow-up repairs because demand was so high. They were able to fit us in for quick patching when others could not, which helped protect the home from further issues. When it was time for the full siding replacement and roofing-related exterior work, their pricing was very competitive and the final result looked outstanding. The crew was polite, professional, and worked together very well from the first inspection to the finished cleanup. They communicated clearly, showed up on time, and made the whole repair process much easier than we expected. The workmanship on the roofline, siding, and gutter details was excellent, and the completed exterior looks clean and well finished. If we ever need roofing, siding, or gutter repair again in Kirkland, they will be our first choice. Highly recommended.

maxwell is one of the most professional and honest roofers i have worked with. He treats your property and budget with real care, like it was his own. He handled minor roof repairs on my home with great results, installed gutter guards, and fixed some downspout drainage problems to improve water flow around the roofline. He also replaced the roof on a church sanctuary and fellowship hall, and the work turned out very well. He understands roofing systems, flashing, gutters, and how to work with insurance adjusters, which can help save money during the process. i have also heard from several others in Kirkland who were very happy with his help on their roofing needs. the communication was clear, the workmanship was solid, and the whole project felt well managed from start to finish. a definite 5 star rating, and i would gladly recommend him for roof repair or roof replacement work.

I needed a roofer fast after a leak showed up over our garage. Ryan was very quick to respond and came out the same day to inspect the roof. He provided a clear estimate right away and explained the roofing work in simple terms, including …

it is hard for me to imagine two roofers with more integrity, respect, and strong work ethic than ryan and maxwell. after a severe wind and rain storm in Kirkland, many homes in the area needed major roofing repairs, and ours was one of them. the storm caused serious damage to our roof and also knocked down part of our fence. on top of that, i had just come home from a hospital stay and was not in any condition to chase down contractors, compare estimates, or manage a big home repair project. from the first inspection, ryan and maxwell made the whole roofing process feel simple and manageable. they explained the roof damage in clear terms, walked us through the repair and replacement options, and helped document everything for the insurance claim. they worked directly with the insurance company, which took a huge amount of stress off me and my husband while we were already dealing with a lot at home and work. their crew showed real skill with roofing materials, cleanup, and scheduling. they replaced our entire damaged roof, removed the old materials, and handled the fence work quickly and efficiently. i was especially impressed by how organized the job site stayed and how carefully they protected the property during the tear-off and installation. the new roof looks excellent, the workmanship feels solid, and the whole project was completed much faster than i expected. in a place like Kirkland, it can feel risky when someone offers help after a storm, but howard, ryan, and maxwell were professional, honest, and easy to trust. they delivered quality roofing work, kept the cost fair, and made a stressful situation much easier for our family. i could not be happier with the results and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or full roof replacement.

After contacting a few roofers for a roof leak inspection and repair estimate, I felt let down because most seemed more focused on selling a full replacement than fixing the actual problem. I was very happy when I finally found a roofing …

Wonderful roofing experience. The contractor had strong knowledge of local code requirements in Kirkland, understood the insurance side of roof work, and kept us updated through the whole project. The roofing crew worked hard all day and was always polite, respectful, and easy to talk with. When a leak was found around a skylight during the roof replacement, Brent clearly explained the right repair, picked up the needed materials, and kept the work moving without delay. They also took care of the finishing details, including painting the roof valleys and pipe vents to match the new roofing materials, which gave the home a clean and professional look. The crew did a great job with cleanup each day and came back the next morning to finish clearing everything with a blower. One worker even noticed a little debris had gone over the fence into the neighbor’s alley, and they cleaned that up right away and blew off the sidewalk too. Their attention to detail, communication, and pride in their roofing work really stood out. If you need a roof replacement or skylight leak repair in Kirkland, this is a great team to call.

A very professional roofing team. We had our asphalt shingle roof replaced and are really happy with the results. The whole process felt organized from start to finish, with separate teams handling permitting, inspection, scheduling, and follow-up, which made the roofing project smooth and easy to understand. communication was clear at every step, and they kept us updated on timing, materials, and what to expect during the install. Work was finished on time, and everyone was quick to answer our questions. devin was our first point of contact, Ryan managed the project well, and even the billing team helped with extra paperwork and documentation we needed. The crew showed good workmanship, kept the job site tidy, and made sure the new roof system was installed properly. If you want a reliable and skilled roofing company in Kirkland, this is a great choice.

I didn’t choose the roofing company myself at first because my insurance carrier handled the referral, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Since a full roof replacement is a big job and not something most homeowners deal with often, I had a lot of questions. In the end, the whole roofing process went very smoothly, and they took great care of everything I needed. I have a large one-story home with a lot of roofing area, and the crew worked quickly without cutting corners. They did a solid job on the roof, kept the project moving, and cleaned up very well when the work was done. The only things I noticed afterward were a few nails in the gutter, which was minor compared to how thorough the cleanup was overall. What really stood out was how much they went beyond basic roofing service. I wanted to add a couple of extra roof vents to help release heat from the attic during warmer weather, and they made that happen while also helping work it through with the insurance side. That kind of support made the job much easier for me. I also had a newer solar setup connected on the roof, and they coordinated with a solar contractor so it could be put back properly after the roofing work was finished. They could have easily told me to handle that part on my own, but instead they helped manage the details and kept the project moving. From start to finish, they stayed in touch, answered questions, and checked in along the way. The whole experience felt organized, professional, and customer-focused, and I’m very happy with the new roof and the extra effort they put into the job.

Maxwell was excellent to work with. While getting my home ready to sell, an inspector said the roof might need major work, so I asked for a second opinion. After a careful roof inspection, Maxwell explained that the roofing system was still in good shape and only a few shingles needed replacement and minor repair. His honest advice saved me a lot of money and gave me peace of mind. He was trustworthy, dependable, skilled, polite, and quick to respond, and the crew was just as professional. They clearly know roofing, shingles, roof condition, and what repairs are actually needed instead of pushing a full replacement. I truly appreciated the straightforward service and would gladly call them again for any future roof repair or roofing work.

After living in Kirkland for many years, we have worked with a lot of roofers and subcontractors. When a bad house addition left us with a leaking roof and signs of mold, friends in the area told us about Porter Family Roofing & Construction. Ryan and the crew were professional, on time, easy to reach, and did outstanding roofing work from start to finish. They found the problem areas, handled the roof repair the right way, and the finished work was much better than what we had seen from other contractors before. The pricing was also better than we expected. I highly recommend them, especially if you need dependable roofing help and want the job done correctly.
