Called spoke to someone who said i will call you back. Still waiting on the call weeks later. I did give all my info and I am still waiting for a response. I appreciate the response to my review telling me I must be mistaken and talked to a different company.

Called to get an estimate. They sent a guy out who was very friendly to take a look, and he said he'd follow up with us that later that day with the quote. Things went downhill fast from there. We spent 3 weeks trying to get in touch with them just to get the estimate. After nearly a dozen phone calls with their extremely unhelpful and useless receptionist, Laura, who appears to hate her job and never followed up as promised, they finally sent an estimate. Of course the estimate was more than $2000 more than what the guy told us in person it would be when he came out. If they are this bad before they've even taken money for services, I can only imagine how bad the actual service must be.
