  Do not hire them worst experience ever !!!! Be prepared they will never followed up with customer / insurance company adjuster and bad customer service please don’t even bother on calling them for any services. I feel I was scam ℹ guess next time do my homework before calling this company! One star to Zero ! Stars ⭐️ have a great summer peeps look for a reliable contractor in your area forget this Pro resto.

  One of their drivers labeled in truck numbered 110 almost ran me off the road on 47 on Saturday May 2nd at around 2:45pm . Was driving very erratically, shouting at other vehicles, and driving into oncoming traffic to get around other vehicles. Obviously this company has poor quality employees.

  They took our money months ago and we still don't have a roof. You call and they say they have you on the schedule and just don't show up. Going to be putting a fraud report into my insurance company if this doesn't get resolved.

  I rented this company an office in Paducah Kentucky under the name of Roof Pros LLC, owner Scott Micheals signed the lease. He paid 3 of the 6 months and hasn’t paid since and will not return my calls. Very unprofessional.

  We received very poor service considering the online reviews. We were the result of an end of the year final job and needless to say the job was rushed. Since the job was rushed resulted in damages to the home, surroundings. Garbage and debris was thrown everywhere where my kids can't go outside now barefoot since a bunch of nails were found surrounding the property, our siding was damaged, window well cover due to their ladder and trim, also a outdoor light. The gutter contractors rushed as well worked into the dark with a spotlight if you can use your imagination. We never received a final walk through . We were more than patient with the owner Scott and tried to corresponding with him several times to try to get everything taken care of and no responses. Very poor craftsmanship and very poor professionalism. This was a big job and we feel very taken advantage of. We are not sure if they were newer workers they were left to do there work without any supervision. We highly do not recommend.

  I want to express my gratitude for your company's work and your extraordinary attention to detail when completing the work on our house. We love the new roof and siding and are pleased with the attention to detail. They are beautiful and were installed perfectly! The guys went above and beyond to deliver in a timely fashion and communicate each step with us throughout the process.

  Pro-Resto has helped me through several difficult situations. Though everyone I’ve had contact with has been great, Scott Michaels has really stood out as a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and friendly leader. He has personally overseen my primary residence re roofed in what is a very complex and steep configuration, and also the roof of my church with its own unique challenges like a steeple and areas below which demanded a level of respect and veneration not always needed from a roofing crew. Scott and his crew at Pro-Resto have exceeded every expectation I have had, and have earned my future business with their skill, work ethic, and reasonable prices. Well done!

  Great service provided. They worked with my insurance company and handled all of the paperwork for me. I had solar panels that needed to be removed and reinstalled and they got a certified company to handle that for me as well. Great company to work with.

  ProResto helped us with a hail damage claim and replaced our roof and gutters. We were very pleased with the process and the end result. Scott provided guidance and advice throughout the process. Our house was appropriately protected during the installation and the job was completed in just one day. During some extreme weather this winter, Scott sent a crew out to clear snow and ice from our roof. This was very much appreciated.
