  **DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY ** Not recommended for anyone. I would put -10 stars if there was an option. Poor experience with the work, poor experience with communication with only Spanish speaking workers. They were careless doing the roof gutters and siding. They made damages to my property. They covered up the house as quickly as possible to hide the damaged plywood. They didn’t notify me of the rotted plywood underneath the siding they closed it off quickly. Any questions I had I had to wait for a translator because non of the crew spoke English. I’ve been waiting for over 9 months for a call back from the owner regarding concerns and questions. There is so much mistakes made to list. Issues with siding gutters and roof!

  I do not recommend this company. After they get paid they don't care about customer service. I have inquired about a leaking sky window that they installed and have yet to hear back. They got paid for work in two of my homes.

  These people might be good at roofing application can’t take that from them BUT they’re not as professional as they or other review claim. This company came to do my nieces roof and in the process with PROOF from her ring camera it shows the negligence of their removal process because unfortunately I have a lovely roof but now her car has a dented side and a cracked windshield at the end. We have called we have mentioned we have proof on camera and nothing has been done they don’t care to do anything about this matter all because I’m sure since they have a good rep they’re not worried about my niece or the damage they caused to HER CAR!!! They didn’t care to offer to fix or anything we don’t need any money back for the work done but we do need whoever is in charge to pay for the car’s damage costs. I will sit here and continue to write the same review if I have to until someone does the right thing and fixes what we clearly have proof they damaged!!!!!

  Was at a friends house while they had some work done. We talked about turning them away once we saw their tacky, unprofessional promotional vehicle but unfortunately did not. Now she’s paid twice as much to have to original work fixed by someone else. Forgot until I saw that same vehicle around Chicago.

  Hard working crew I have to say. Done in two days with a full tear off and new gutters. The yard was cleaned all debris. Good company to work with. Had no issues.

  Had a great experience with Midwest Elite Exteriors. Given the timing and scope of our roofing project, conversations went on for the better part of a year. TJ Mena who was assigned to our project was incredible from day 1. Clearly communicated timelines, quarterbacked all conversations with adjusters and insurance, was on-site during installation to ensure everything was correct, and followed up to QA everything as the project wrapped. Truly couldn't be happier with both the service and the new roof. Would recommend these guys 10/10 times!

  Jose Mora and his crew are amazing. Due to a crazy storm that hit Cary, IL, Jose went to bat for me with my ins company and was able to get my roof and siding replaced due to the damage caused by the storm. Jose kept me informed throughout the entire process, explained everything to me, I knew I was in great hands. There are a few cosmetic changes to come, but it's already looking like a whole new house. I love it !!!!!

  Had our roof and siding redone due to hail damage. Julio and his team were absolutely amazing! They made sure my kids had access to come and go for school, very efficient, and did a beautiful job.

  It’s always nerve wracking to trust a strangers word and also trust that stranger with your biggest investment- your home. I was skeptical about working with someone who showed up on my doorstep out of the blue one day without knowing anything about that person. Yet, after working with TJ from start to finish on several projects for almost a year, I can confidently say that the best quality he has is staying true to HIS WORD. TJ was extremely transparent, explained things in full detail, very honest, and I felt like he truly tried to do what was best for me- his customer. He often under promised and over delivered (which is a rare quality these days). Thank you TJ for putting my family first and also for hiring the right employees to do all of the exceptional work. I will be using TJ in the future and I highly recommend anyone to use him for their housing needs as well. 5/5 stars!!!

  Contacted Midwest Elite for my roof claim. Francisco Rochah inspected the roof and shared a detailed report. He filed the claim with our insurance. It was a long claim process, he worked with the insurance and ensured that claim was approved. Prompt follow-ups with insurance and timely updates to us. Francisco was very professional and honest. Once the claim was approved, he scheduled his crew to replace the roof on time. Great job. Liked the quality of their work. Highly recommend Francisco and Midwest Elite.
