  It was 10 yrs ago in 2014 (not 13 yr ago originally reported) that our shingles, decking, gutters, downspouts were replaced, you would fall thru the upper roof if you stepped on it in places so it needs replacing & today we here water dripping in the attic space of lower roof. Dave & Larry were our contacts. Already have a new company scheduled to fix so have no interest in working with Apex again.

  I hired Apex Exterior to replace my roof, gutters and fascia almost 6 years ago. They did not complete the job based on the contract they wrote, signed and were paid to do. As a result of their negligence I now have mold in my attic. I have given them an opportunity to correct this matter however have just heard their excuses and then nothing from them. Not only did they not do the job they were paid for but they didn’t do it correctly at the beginning to avoid problems down the road. Oversell and hope you don’t notice seems to be their motto unfortunately. Be careful because it may look and sound great but it may not be done right or what you overpaid for!

  I would never recommend this place to anyone if they need work done on their roof. the crew that came to my house came and left my house all day as they pleased. Leaving garbage in my yard, LEAVING NAILS in my driveway. My mom got a flat tire because they didnt go around picking up nails after work. They needed to be called back several times to finish the job because they kept saying oh were finished and then we would have to call them to come back. What a nightmare. I contacted them to let them know all of this information. NO ONE ever called me back. the workers also left a hole in the side of my house and didnt say anything, just left. A man in a red pick up truck came to my house and sat outside. he then went to view the hole in my house after i went back inside. He never said a word to me. just checked it out and left. Never again. Don't do business with these people. i will eventually be calling the BBB to let them know of the poor, poor experience.

  I never had the work done, because the estimater David didn't have time to meet me at 10am after waiting a month for him to come. He told me he had to pickup a family member at Oak Brook mall. I hope he is the owner if not he is losing alot of business for the owner.

  The end product of our new roof is great. The installers kept the area clean, and did a great job of making sure nails were not left behind in the yard. They took care of the permit, the dumpster and even delivered a porta-potty for the guys. I would definitely recommend them as a company.

  Apex Exteriors has been replacing all of the siding on the townhouses in my development. Despite maintaining a very busy schedule, the foreman, Gary, arranged to have my dryer vent reconnected after the discovery was made that it had become disconnected at some point thereby posing a potential fire hazard. Manny did an excellent job correcting.the problem. Apex goes above and beyond!

  Apex upgraded all my gutter Downspouts to 3X4 which helps with heavy downpours of rain .Arrived on time and did a professional job . I would recommend to anybody needing gutter work. Thanks

  As a first time homeowner/ widow having a trustworthy company that won’t lie just so they can get money from you when all I needed was a patch repair for a hole I had in my roof. I appreciate Willie, he made sure I was in the emergency list to get it fixed ASAP. Even though I had to pay a little bit more than the other companies I decided to go with Apex for their honesty and to me that is worth a lot more. I will definitely be contacting them if I have any other roof issues.

  I had a pesky leak in my roof. Apex fixed the leak. It reappeared a few months later. Larry and his crew, Dave and Jorge, came out and spent a long time replacing parts of the roof a week before it rained for several days. Success! They returned to patch and paint my family room ceiling! They're very conscientious and do excellent work!
