The first three are Google’s own figures for Price Roofing Services, read on 24 September 2026; the share is of every rating Google has counted, not of the review texts on this page. The median is ours — the middle figure among the Michigan roofers we list with enough ratings to compare.

Lower than most — the typical roofer in Michigan sits at 2.5%. A higher share is a reason to read the critical reviews below, not a verdict.
The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Price Roofing Services. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

I have used Price Brothers for several jobs since 1998. I have found Robert to be honest, professional and do an excellent job. It’s not often a small construction company is in business for this long. Another important thing I have noticed is that his voicemail is never full and he always responds to messages.

Mr Price and his crew were professional. They actually finished the job earlier than we expected. We haven't had any issues and important, we love our new roof . We most definitely will refer them to all of our neighbors.

Robert Price is a dedicated professional and always a pleasure to work with. He does a great job and has replaced more roofs than I can count over the past 15-20 years.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 15 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 15, of which 11 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
