  Called for a repair on my roof. I have a hole from a tree. Not a dent but hole through the plywood. They want to put you in line with those who can wait to replace your roof. No sense of urgency. 8 days just to look at it? Update - someone did call back and apologized for the answer I was given. Certainly was not due to a lack of me trying to be clear about a, "hole in the roof." Increase 1 star for recognition after the fact.

  Would not go to this place if u have a chance to go somewhere else gives u inaccurate estimates with out even coming to look at it when add says free estimate don't waste your time or money

  Had a roof leak and submitted an appointment request for 12-1 PM. Get a text about moving the appointment to noon from 8 PM. Apparently their automated system schedules in SST time zone. Then shortly after, they say that I will have to reschedule because somehow their website scheduled for full replacements, despite me clearly saying I have a leak. They need to fix their website. So I wait over a week, then when no showed, I called. They claimed to have left me a voicemail, which I don't have, and asked to reschedule a 3rd time... To a week later. Customers shouldn't have to chase you down and if you have to reschedule multiple times.... Maybe slide them in instead of making them wait a week each time for a reschedule.

  This company came out and did a complete siding and stone work on my house. It was a disaster lack of communication from day 1, and the siding was ordered but when it got here we had one color on top one color on the bottom we let Joel know he painted it to match we asked for our 15 year warranty that we paid for and still have not gotten it. We have stone work that was not complete and were still waiting on that. Overall it was a horrible experience never will I use or recommend this company to anyone.

  Performance roofing has been providing us service for the past few years and have come through every time. Recently we have needed a roof repair and gutter installed due to storm damage. The service and result were excellent. I recommend them highly.

  Joe Franklin serviced our commercial style roof. His and his whole team were great. They were on time, easy to communicate with, showed us pictures of before and after and answered all our concerns. He is the technician I would recommend to anyone. “Kicked ass”

  We had some cracked siding reached out to them and very professional from the start. Trevor showed up with quote with options and did absolute professional job. It was very hot couple days but they still kept their promises and finished the work. Thanks Trever and appreciate it. Great front office as well.

  had the company come out for a free estimate the process was stress free and easy. They ended up doing our roof and it went great the installers and crew were professional and did an amazing job. Would recommend to my friends and family
