  Presidio Roofing Company is honest and reliable. Nick is great at answering texts and working with the customers. He does not just state a roof needs to be replaced so he can make money. If the roof does not have the kind of damage that requires it be replaced, he will state that even if that means he will not make money. I highly recommend Presidio.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I don't leave reviews very often, but I really felt like these guys deserved one. Presidio Roofing came out because I had a small leak, and it ended up just being a missing ridge cap. Instead of telling me I needed a bunch of work, he climbed up there, fixed it on the spot, and made sure it was sealed before he left. My roof is only about 3 years old, and he took what had to be 80+ pictures while he was up there. He walked me through all of them, pointed out the good and the bad, and honestly most of the roof looked great. There were only a couple of small things worth keeping an eye on. It was refreshing to have someone actually explain everything instead of trying to scare me into buying a new roof. Before he left, he even noticed a section of my gutter hanging down and secured that too without me even asking. I walked away thinking, "Man... there are still good people out there." Dan was incredibly knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and genuinely seemed like he just wanted to help. I almost wish my roof had needed more work just so I could've hired them. Whenever the time does come for a new roof, I won't even bother calling anyone else. Presidio Roofing has earned my business.
