  Company did a bad job Renown was called multiple times to fix poor caulking job throughout the roof.Called for leaking 4 years later roof continues to leak. Leaks started a year after installation. Last contact with Renown they refuse to come out claiming warranty had expired. warranty apparently was only good for 3years even though the leaking had been an ongoing issue..

  Their employee Ericka did not communicate changes or additional costs during the new roof install. Our feeling is she can't be trusted and the CFO doesn't listen or care about how we were scammed during the roof replacement. Plus their vendor walked off a part of the job and they charged us to finish the work! Horrible Experience and We get Furious thinking about the lies and deception! Stay Away we were lied to and deceived! We would love to share with the owner All the details and Truth!!!

  We are so happy to see the conclusion of our business with Renown. The materials and workmanship were great, but this roof/gutter replacement took way longer than in our previous experiences (~4 months), and then Robert pressed us for immediate payment on an incorrect/unsubstantiated amount. Cannot recommend...

  I had a hail damaged roof. The Renown team was very professional and made the claim process with my insurance company easy and straightforward. They completed a full roof replacement with class 4 shingles and it looks great!

  Chris was amazing! Did a great job customizing and catering to what I wanted and needed. Offered very useful suggestions without upselling and explained his opinion of function/appearance for my own preferences and resell value! I will forever be grateful to him and he will be my first call on any repairs I need done!! Wouldn’t recommend anyone else!!!

  Thanks Adam & Jose . Old damaged roof was removed, cleanup was great. And installed new roof all in the same day. No issues. Highly recommend.

  Amazing experience!! Adam was very patient in guiding us through each step of the process and worked with our insurance company to make things very easy for us. Very pleased with the actual repairs, timing, quality of the work, etc. Will absolutely work with Renown again!!

  Renown roofing did a great job repairing our damaged roof. They had the correct shingles to match roof. Jose is very friendly and came to look at roof in a timely manner.

  After a surprise water leaked caused significant damage to our home, I was referred to Renown by a family friend. Adam came out quickly to take photos and measurements, and wrote an estimate to forward to my insurance company. Further, he helped me keep pressure on an unwilling carrier to make sure they paid the claim. I highly recommend this company.

  My salesman was a bit pushy but that's what I needed. I was terribly inert. I recommend Renown. It turned out to be a very good job. Jose proved to be an ethical man and that made things go smooth. I decided to give them 5 stars.
