  I hired premium roofing to help me with my insurance company claim about the roof, per the contract and Abraham if the claim was denied the contact was void..claim was denied. Alstate sent PREMIUM roofing a check for the interior damages that check was made out as a two person check to both Premium and me they cashed that check in December without my knowledge. They have refused to give me my money since then. Update i reported to Better Business Bureau..Premium stated they did in fact owe me the money and would pay after their audit was over that was on April 14. So far no money.. Update still no payment from Premium roofing.. I guess it is OK with them to cheat an 80 year old that lives on s s.. My friend that they ripped off for 2000.00 still has not recieved their refund either. I am guessing this company does not care about their reputation only how much money they can rip off from people.

  DO NOT give them your insurance check . I gave them mine almost a year ago and they have not replaced my roof. I at least call once a month and they always tell me they are coming a certain date or that they will call me back and they never do . My insurance company said they scammed me and I should had gone directly to them before signing anything . It’s a bummer because my roof is missing a lot of singles and it’s probably going to get water damage if it’s not changed.

  Very bad communication. Their sales team showed up at our door. Got up on our roof immediately told us they could put in a claim. They took pictures and actually seemed to intentionally pull off some shingles. Asked for our Home Insurance policy number. Following day, an adjuster with our home insurance came to inspect our roof. They told us they would be in touch within 72 hours. A week and a half later,we hear nothing from them( Premier Roofing). We call our Home Insurance and they tell us this roofing company put a claim in and they getting ready to send them a check?! This Company does not sound credible at all! I called Jorge, the owner. He said they already paid the insurance company $200 and they would come out to take more pictures.. For what?? Please do your research before hiring this Company!

  These people came to my house after a hail storm. Asked if they could inspect my roof. They had me sign a form so they could contacted my insurance company. Now over 6 months later!!!! They have over $20,000 from my insurance company, nothing has been done to my roof... Don't ever let these people around. Worst contractor I have ever dealt with.

  We were told that the wood under the old roof was not good. We specifically asked for plywood. They charged me for plywood, but put OSB!!! They would not adjust the price!!!

  I called and George was here in an hour and fixed my roof wind damage in 30 minutes. This is the kind of roofing company I will keep and use. Im a realtor and have the need for a roofer very often. Im calling Premium roofing from now on.
