Armored roofing is doing a job in my neighborhood and their guys start banging away on the roof at 5:30 am. Several neighbors have called Armored Roofing to ask that they start later and they have ignored those requests. It is a noise ordinance violation to start construction work in residential neighborhoods before 7 am. Armored roofing is aware of this but they don’t care to follow it. Today they started running some kind of electric drill at 6 am. Please don’t do business with this company. They are inconsiderate and unprofessional. They have been waking up the neighborhood at 5:30 am every day this week.

Thank you for the feedback Damana. We do understand that although we are not completing work on your personal home, construction on your neighbors home can frustrating when it comes to noise. At Armored Roofing we strive to do the right thing, the right way, the first time. We understand that noise can be an issue when working on roofs. With the temperature rising again, our crews start earlier. According to their website, Maricopa County Hours of Construction Ordinance Section 102 “Construction work (residential): From April 15th to October 15th, inclusive, all construction work in or within 500 feet of Rural or Residential zones as per the Maricopa County Zoning Ordinance, and within 1,500 feet of an occupied residence, shall not begin prior to 5:00 a.m. and must stop by 7:00 p.m. each day. From October 16th to April 14th, inclusive, all other construction work in or within 500 feet of Rural or Residential zones as per the Maricopa County Zoning Ordinance, and within 1,500 feet of an occupied residence, shall not begin prior to 6:00 a.m. and must stop by 7:00 p.m. each day.” This is what we go off of. We did reach out to City of Phoenix to confirm. We were informed that county laws are still 5:00am, however the time allowed to start construction for the city itself of Phoenix is 6:00am. We do apologize. Now at least we all have confirmations on the time, and we will make sure to start at 6:00 from now on instead of 5:30. If you have any further issues regarding our builds going on in your neighborhood, please do not hesitate to reach out. Thank you!

Be careful of scams! I was told I needed a partial roof replacement. My insurance company said they didn’t see any of the same damage. When I requested the company to provide me proof of what they saw so I could send it back to my insurance company I was told they would be glad to provide it and work with the owner. I was then ghosted. I’ve had several calls to the front desk, insurance point of contact, sent emails and texts. Clearly they are avoiding me.

Our experience was a five star experience. Jeff Line was constantly in touch and his crew we're very efficient, respectful and courteous. Completing the job in the time that was promised and cleaning up every day before they left. Osman's has wonderful crew. Doing a very good job of making sure that everything was taken care of.

Great work done in the time promised. A neighbor recommended then and they have replaced roofs on several homes in our neighborhood. Worked with Mike and received great service from start to finish. Crews did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day. Great attention to details

What a great experience having Armored Roofing replace out roof. Their work crew was incredible, very respectful of my and my neighbors peoperty. They were the hardest working men I have engaged with in my 20+ years in Arizona. Their craftmanship was impecible.

During inspection of a future home we learned that the roof needed some repairs so of course we called Armored Roofing to take care of us. Jeff Lime and his team worked on our former home and they are the best! Prompt communication, fair pricing and great work. Thanks again for another job well done!

The PM, Mike, was great to work with. Shared all details, quick to respond to our questions, texts and managed the project effectively and efficiently. The work product was high quality, no cutting corners. Not sure if their pricing was competitive; seemed a little high but we didn't do a comparison. We chose the company that came highly recommended from a reputable source. They didn't disappoint.

Had a hail damage on our roof and Jeff came out to do an inspection. We decided to go with Armored Roofing and were very pleased with their service! Jeff told us that he would work with our insurance from beginning to end and he kept that promise. I would definitely recommend them for your roofing needs!
