I had a great experience working with Peter and his team at Premium Legacy Roofing. From start to finish, they were nothing but professional, reliable, and easy to work with. Before the big rains we had in March, Peter came by and had his crew go up on my roof and tarp the areas where the leaks were coming from. They put up three or four tarps to protect everything. What really stood out to me was that when my neighbors saw what they were doing, they actually chased his crew down the street and asked if they could come back and tarp their homes as well, and Peter took care of them without hesitation. That impressed me a lot. When they came out to demo my roof, they made sure everything was cleaned up each day, which I really appreciated. At one point, a neighbor’s screen was damaged from wind blowing debris off the roof, and without hesitation, Peter offered to repair and replace it. That says a lot about the kind of integrity he runs his business with. They were always on time, worked full days, stayed within the budget they originally quoted, and were completely upfront and honest throughout the entire process. They also took the time to walk me through everything that needed to be done and used quality materials. Knowing they are licensed, insured, and bonded gave me even more confidence. They installed new paper under the existing tiles and redid the pattern, and the end result looks incredible. Honestly, it looks like a brand new roof. Several of my neighbors came over just to look at it, and many asked for Peter’s card because they were so impressed with the quality of the work. I can’t say enough good things about Peter and his crew. I would highly recommend Premium Legacy Roofing to anyone looking for quality work done the right way.

Peter came over on a rainy day to diagnose and fix a leak. He did a temp fix right away, and fixed it permanently a couple days later. Other roofers either didn't return my call or were busy for weeks. I would highly recommend these guys for any repairs you need!
