Good customer service and clear communication are very important, and I did not feel that I received that here. I hope they improve their approach with customers in the future.

Found Alpine Roofing Guys on Google after another company totally botched our initial roofing project. We just bought this fixer-upper in Porter Ranch, and getting the roof right was crucial. Jake came out, and right away knew what was up with the shingle repair North Hills. He was professional and fixed what the other guys messed up. There was a tiny miscommunication about the underlayment, but Jake sorted it out instantly. Solid work from Alpine.
