  I couldn’t be happier with the outstanding service I received from Greatway Roofing! I had a stubborn roof leak that had me pulling my hair out—two other contractors came out, poked around, and left without solving a thing. Then I called Greatway, and they sent their General Manager, Matthew, to assess the situation. Wow, what a difference! Matthew was an absolute rockstar—he quickly pinpointed several potential causes and walked me through a range of repair options from budget-friendly to more comprehensive solutions. Best of all, he never pressured me at all; in fact, he recommended starting with the most affordable fix first. His honesty and transparency were so refreshing! When the repair crew arrived, they jumped right in with incredible efficiency and professionalism. They didn’t just guess—they pinpointed the exact source of the leak in no time. What really blew me away was how they sent live video evidence of the problem straight to the front office, who then forwarded it to me. It felt like I was right there on the roof with them, seeing everything firsthand without having to climb up myself (which I definitely wasn’t about to do!). The communication was top-notch and gave me total peace of mind. Once the work was finished, they uploaded detailed before-and-after photos to their customer portal so I could see exactly what had been done. Everything was clean, thorough, and completed perfectly. Greatway Roofing is truly in a league of their own—honest, reliable, affordable, and genuinely customer-focused. They turned a frustrating nightmare into a smooth, stress-free experience, and I’m so glad I found them. If you have any roofing issues at all, do yourself a favor and call Greatway Roofing immediately. They have my absolute highest recommendation—you won’t be disappointed!
