  This is not negative on the roofing company but whoever their phone answering service is. I've called twice asking to reach the Cabrera brothers and I've gotten transferred to different roofing companies both times. I feel terrible for this company as I don't feel that they know their phone answering service is doing this. I'm not sure how else to let them know. I will remove this post if I get a resonse

  The roofing team went above and beyond from start to finish. We contacted them during a real estate transaction after severe weather caused major damage to the home's roof, siding, gutters, downspouts, and window screens. Braxton quickly stepped in to help get the roofing repairs moving and also shared useful guidance for the transaction process. Marc, the project manager, was outstanding with clear communication, fast scheduling, coordinating the different exterior repairs, handling the insurance side, and providing all needed paperwork. He understood the urgency and made sure the roof work and related repairs stayed on track. We were very impressed with the workmanship, attention to detail, and thorough cleanup, especially from the roofing crew. Their knowledge of roofing systems and exterior restoration made a stressful situation much easier, and we would highly recommend them to anyone in Santa Clarita needing dependable roof repair and service.

  After wind and storm damage affected 3 homes in Santa Clarita, we needed roof inspections and shingle replacement on multiple properties. We had used this roofing company before for re-shingling work, and because the earlier roofing job turned out so well, we felt confident calling them again right away. Marc came out to inspect all 3 roofs and was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful through the whole process. We also spoke several times with Justin and Braxton in the office while scheduling, reviewing the roofing work, and moving everything forward. Every interaction was pleasant, clear, and easy. The roofing crews did excellent work. They worked efficiently, finished each roof in a timely manner, and kept the job sites very clean. After the shingle work was completed, the yards and surrounding areas looked great, and there was very little debris left behind. It was clear the crew cared about quality workmanship, cleanup, and protecting the property. We are very happy with the roof repair and replacement work and would gladly use this roofing company again for any future roofing needs.

  Water was leaking into my air ducts from a roof problem, so i called Cabrera Brothers Roof Repair and braxton came out the same day, even after hours, to inspect everything. He explained where the roofing leak was coming from, checked the problem areas carefully, and made the whole process easy to understand. i got the estimate online the next day, scheduling was simple, and the text updates were really helpful. The repair was finished within just a few days, and braxton with the crew was professional, courteous, and did great work from start to finish. They really went above and beyond, and the quality of the roofing repair gave me a lot of peace of mind. My neighbor was so impressed with the results that she decided to have work done on her home too. Later, marc and the team also came back to handle the full roof and rear gutter work on my moms house next door.   My older roof had to be fully replaced after a bad wind storm, and later another storm pulled off a small section of the newer roofing. marc came out quickly, checked the roof, and was able to identify the shingle type and color on my home and explain in simple terms why it failed. right after getting down from the roof, he gave me a clear quote and recommended another matching shingle color and style that would fit well and offer better protection in hot weather and strong winds. He really went above and beyond during the whole roofing repair process. On his own, he contacted the shingle manufacturer about the failed roofing material and helped me get a small settlement, which i really appreciated. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and stress free.   Absolutely amazing service from Cabrera Brothers Roof Repair. braxton came out for the roofing estimate, and right away i felt honesty, care, and real concern for what my home needed. i had never dealt with roof repair or a full roof replacement before, so i had a lot of questions about shingles, the process, timing, and insurance. he took the time to explain everything in simple terms and made the whole roofing project feel much less stressful. marc was also very courteous, patient, and professional throughout the process. I called many times with questions, and every time i reached out, i got the same helpful attitude and clear communication. That kind of customer support really matters when you are dealing with something as important as your roof in Santa Clarita, especially with the hot sun and normal wear that homes in CA can get over time. On installation day, the crew showed up ready to work and stayed organized from start to finish. Everyone knew their role, moved efficiently, and handled the roof replacement with skill and care. They worked hard, stayed professional, and kept the project moving smoothly. When the job was finished, the cleanup was excellent. My yard and property looked so neat that you could hardly tell major roofing work had just been completed, other than the fact that i now had a great-looking new roof.   i can’t say enough good things about this roofing company. braxton and the crew really went above and beyond from start to finish. After some shingles blew off our roof during strong winds, we called for help and braxton came out quickly to inspect everything. He explained the roof damage in simple terms and let us know there was a good chance our insurance could help with a full roof replacement. He handled the process with the insurance company and made it much easier for us. In the end, the new roof was covered except for our deductible and one upgrade we decided to add to the patio cover. Their communication was clear the whole time, and their attention to detail, roofing knowledge, and commitment to quality really stood out. They were also very honest throughout the entire job. When the insurance payment came in higher than it should have, they let them know right away and had the amount corrected. That kind of integrity is rare. It’s not often you find a Santa Clarita roofing team that does excellent work, stays professional, and puts honesty first. i really appreciate all the hard work, and we are very happy with the new roof.
