Amazing work from Premium! As a manager for a community, I can rely that they will get the job done, will report everything, they will send pictures and if anything unforeseen happens, I’ll know first from them with a solution ready for it. Thank you for your professionalism

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Work and Attention to Detail! We couldn’t be happier with the work Premium Construction did for our community. From start to finish, their efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail were truly impressive. Premium Construction worked on our fascias, soffits, and roofs, and the results were amazing. They didn’t just come in and do a quick repair—they took the time to properly address the underlying issues and make sure the work was done correctly and built to last. Unfortunately, much of the original construction work from Lennar was extremely disappointing, and we experienced issues that required significant repairs. Premium Construction came in and corrected the poor workmanship, strengthening our roofs and making the necessary repairs to help ensure they will last for many years to come. Their crew was knowledgeable, hardworking, efficient, and clearly took pride in what they were doing. The quality of their workmanship and their attention to even the smallest details really stood out. If you’re looking for a construction company that actually cares about doing the job right, I highly recommend Premium Construction. They exceeded our expectations, and we are extremely grateful for the quality of work they provided!
